This is by far the worst sonic I been to. Today i tried to order a 20 ounce slushy and get to the window 10 mins later and get a... 12 ounce. The lady informs me they dont have 20 ounce but they do have 16 ounce.....ok why would i then want a 12 ounce? Thetime before that i ordered a 32 ounce slushy and a pretzel, i noticed to slushies on the screen and questioned the worker. Shetold me no its only one. Ok 35 mins later they bring me 2 slushies and a corn dog. I tell the worker what happened he says imsorry ask me exactly what i wants and brings back a 44 ounce soda and a pretzel. This location is scamming people on the evening shift. I ordered my food was told my total and I paid with a twenty. The man at... the windows hands me back the wrong change. I asked for my receipt, they had to dig it out of the trash. Not one time did thetill open, but instead he had and full of money. Something shady is going on here. Ask for your receipt!!!!!! Two times in a row we ordered diet drinks and received regular sugar beverages instead. Which we didn't even realize until we... were long fone. The location on airline has never made this mistake once. I would just go to the airline one if I was you. Read more
If I could give less than one star I would. Saturday my husband and our family went to this location and ordered 5 grilled... cheeses, well they didn?t have any butter. This sonic ran out of butter and instead of informing us, they sold them to us. Weget home and it?s just white bread and cheese. My husband called and spoke with a manager who told him to come in on Tuesday. Wecouldn?t make it so instead went back today. Where the manager on shift was different and she was very rude. We did not get ourredemption sandwiches. So I came home after a long day of work, hungry and tired and called corporate. I filed a level 1complaint, which should be faxed over shortly. Along with coupons for food since this location lacks any understanding ofcustomer service. So they can take their butter less ?grilled cheeses? and shove them where the sun doesn?t shine. Read more
The quality of service at Sonic has been drastically decreased over the past couple of years. Between terrible customer service,... excessive wait times for simple orders, sandwiches with mold spots on the bread, Cokes that are just carbonated water, tea thattaste off (has a plastic flavor), cold food, missing condiments, and a couple of other things not worth mentioning, it justsimply not worth going to Sonic any longer. Too much money is being wasted on subpar food and crummy service. Read more

I'm happy Sonic is back open for breakfast and I hope it remains open this time. The female (I did not get her name) morning... manager is so pleasant and polite. Her spirit is beautiful and her personality is amazing. For this type of service I don't mindmaking this my breakfast stop every Monday for my five sausage patties and sometimes a little extra.
