This place is listed as Pho Bistreaux on Uber Eats. Overall, I liked everything! It was my first time having bao buns (grilled... pork sliders) and they were great! I also had egg rolls and fried pork dumplings (which were good but fried a bit too much formy liking). The grilled beef po-boy was good, very flavorful, and I was impressed by the portion size. For only eating some appetizers on the go, this is a pretty decent place. When they say ?fried? dumplings, these are the most... fried dumplings I?ve ever had. Incredibly crispy and tasted quite good. I also had their pork and chicken rolls (meat, beansprouts, cilantro, and noodles wrapped in a clear rice paper roll and served with a peanut sauce). For the price, I was a littledisappointed in the quantity and quality. The meat itself tasted good, but everything else in it didn?t seem as fresh as itcould have been. Overall, the 3 appetizers were more than enough to fill up the three of us eating, so that?s a bonus. Eitherway, I?d go back to try their other items. Read more

Very nice service. The Rockin Beef plate was kind of salty but good. I think they may use msg as all their food seems to be... salty .
