Had been meaning to take my lovely love wife here on our day off. Had it before at another location and absolutely loved the... food and drinks. Oh boy. We walk in and everything appears fine. Employees are working behind the counter and customers areseated. Nice atmosphere. That mood was short-lived. The moment she walked up looking at the biscuits, the woman behind thecounter yelled "THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED!" before she could even place an order. Having worked in fast-food and retail, Isympathize when items are out. It's beyond your control. Any reasonable person knows that. But there is a better way of tellingus that. That should have been our cue to leave. But we stayed. She ordered a croissant and a cappuccino, and I ordered afrozen puccino. We paid and waited. She got her croissant and I got my drink. She never got her cappuccino. The woman behindthe counter didn't include it in the order. Had already opted for no receipt before this. So for all I know I paid for thecappuccino, and they didn't bother to make it. Who knows. No apology for the mishap whatsoever. So we ordered a cappuccino.Again. Paid for it and got it this time. As we sat there sipping on our drinks, all we could hear were the staffers loudly andopenly complaining about employees who didn't show up, how they deserved a day off and how they didn't want to do be. Iactually loved my frozen puccino. But seeing and listening to all that isn't worth it. Never again. Not the Puccino's in OldMetairie, that's for certain. Read more
The 2 of us happened to be in that neighborhood so went here again. We've visited this particular Puccino's a number of times. ... We'd not been here for a long time as we didn't have a good experience with the worker before. We got the same luck again, andas soon as we approached the counter this woman wasn't nice or friendly to us. She was brash towards us from moment 1. Itdoesn't feel good when someone treats you badly like this. I was telling her how I like my coffee made and she doesn't evenreply to me, so I repeat myself again. It was an unpleasant experience. Then we sat down, and another customer comes in andapproaches the counter. The worker treats her different than how she treated us. The worker was nice and conversationaltowards this woman. We'll never visit this Puccino's location again. That time plus our visit many months before there wasonly a couple people in there besides us. It's no wonder they get little business. If we are ever in that neighborhood again,we'll visit the other coffee shop nearby down the street. It has no inside seats but only a couple tables & chairs outside, butit would be better than this place. We'd gone there right before we'd went to Puccino's and the people were friendly to us, butwe didn't stay since they didn't have indoor seating. Still, we wished we would have stayed there anyhow and sit outside. Read more
Every time me and my mother have ever come into this place, there have been completely cold and unfriendly employees working.... Again today, we were treated very badly. No smile, no friendliness , ignored my mother's questions about her cappuccino. Just ahorrible experience, and spent $14 there. The almond crusant was horrible too. I asked the lady if she could warm it up for me,and she very coldy said something like "there is a microwave right over there". Really wanted to leave , due to have badly thelady acted, but my mother really needed her cappuccino. Then this other lady came in, and we noticed that she was treatedfriendly, and completely different then the way she treated us. We will never be returning to this place again though. Read more
Cute lil coffee shop where you can sit and relax at a booth with your frozen chai and a chocolate chip scone. Staff was very... friendly and didn't rush anyone out for staying too long. Nice to know that places like this still exist. I absolutely adorethe signs and decor, the Wonder Woman theme, and positivity. Read more
My 2-star review is going to be based off of my experience this morning. Let?s start by stating that I live nearby and frequent... this location, but I normally go through the drive through. This morning I decided to take my 80 year old mother-in-law forbreakfast after being released from the hospital due to a stroke. She loves Puccino?s breakfast and we often take her to thelocation in Harahan since she lives near that one. She orders the same breakfast every time! Well, this morning we place ourorder and find our seats. Once our breakfast arrives, I immediately notice it didn?t come with a croissant. I kindly ask thelady who worked the kitchen (she also brought our food out) if the omelette came with a croissant and she proceeded to tell meit didn?t. So, I ask if there is anyway we could order one and I can just pay the difference?well this upset her tremendouslyand I was met with an extremely rude ?You need to tell them when you order?? So, I make my way to the counter to order and payfor a croissant. The ENTIRE time she is loudly complaining that ?she said she didn?t know it didn?t come with a croissant. Sheknew it came with a croissant!? This woman continued to complain about me to her co-workers the entire time I was at theregister. I believe at one point she referred to me as stupid. And let me say the ENTIRE shop could hear her. That?s how loudshe was. Needless to say, I could see she was on TikTok streaming a live video from the kitchen. Very unprofessional. Imanaged the #1 grossing PJ?s in the CBD when I was in college and let me just say that the owner would have fired someone forwhat this woman did today. It was completely unacceptable. Over a croissant?! From now on, I will be sticking to the Harahanlocation if I want to go inside for a meal. They are so kind and overly accommodating. Read more
Some of the new workers are very rude. Whomever cooks seems to not have work etiquette. Loudly saying that you're sick, behind... the counter where food an drinks are, is pretty disgusting. Customer service could use a huge boost when informing customers ofanything. Read more
