Drive thru was terrible. Order wrong. Major attitude and did nothing to correct the issue.
They had chicken but take way to long to get the food ready. The upside is its hot usually.
Attitude ! Attitude ! Geesh I asked a simple question and the drive thru chick caught an attitude and got smart with me because... i was clearly confused on my order a little .then tried to smile and play it off for being rude . No ma?am ! Train youremployees on better customer service and fix they attitudes . Don?t have to be so mean and nonchalant lovely darlings . It?s achicken and shrimp restaurant business . biscuits were stale. I got the shrimp and Asked for marinara sauce and had to explain that it was a red sauce and they gave me... ranch. Read more

The service was awful. The girl taking orders in drive thru only waited on one car at a time. Didn't have the decency to say... "I'll be right with you." When I drove around b/c no one ever came to the speaker, I asked "was the speaker working?" Theyoung lady at the window said "no." I could see the girl taking the order of the car behind me. She stated thst girl takingorder must have been busy doing something else. I just drove off. Please send them back through training. Read more

These Popeye's in new Orleans location can not seem to get drive through orders correct.... Don't drive off until you check... what's in your bags.
