Good food overall. One of our favorites. But I got a question, who pays almost $18 for fried rice? Well we did cuz it?s our... favorite. I would recommend you tried it and maybe it could be shared. Read more

New Post: 08/27/2022 Enjoyed a wonderful afternoon lunch with my wife. This was her first time to Pho Michael. She thoroughly... enjoyed her food and experience there! She's definitely a Pho Michael fan now! We started with the spring rolls with pork andshrimp. She had the grilled lemongrass chicken and rice and I had the Vietnamese beef stew. So delicious! Looking forward tothe next meal and experience at Pho Michael. Who knows... I may even try the Pho challenge sometime soon!! Thanks PhoMichael! Worse experience at a Pho restaurant in the New Orleans metro area. I have Great Pho all over Nola.. this was my first time at... this place and was my last. I will never go there again. I ordered a large bowl of Pho with brisket and their spicy beef broth. When it came my large bowl which cost me $3 extra was barely 3/4 full. As I dug through it looking for the brisket I found thatthey maybe had 5 or 6 very lean, tough, and small pieces in the entire bowl. The spicy beef broth was ok. I didn't eat that muchof my Pho I was put off by the fact that I had spent so much for barely any meat. I asked the server for the rest of it to go.She said ok and went on to do a few things. When I ask for the check a few minutes later I again asked her for the rest of mypho to go.. she said ok again and took my bowl away. When she can back with my bill I paid it and she returned with my changebut no Pho to go. When I asked her when my to go was?? She told me she threw it away!! What?? I ask for it to go 2x! So after acouple of minutes of talking to someone else... they asked me to wait another 5 minutes or so and they would replace my largebowl with a regular size to go Pho. Sadly the replacement also barely had 5 or 6 small very lean tough pieces of brisket. Thisplace is over priced, stingy, and not that good.. there are plenty of great Pho places in Nola.. go to anyone of them, don'twaste your time here. I will say the server was nice and very apologetic. Read more

So I've been coming here for years and it all started because of the House Spicy Beef soup. However, the quality has declined... dramatically over time. The amount of actual beef is now about two tiny slices with the rest being what you see in the picture.I'm normally ok with a bit of fat, gristle, and tendon that add to the flavor of these soups, but if you're going to sell a dishand call it "beef", maybe don't skimp so hard on the actual beef. I know prices are rising and it can be tough, but raise theprice of the dish instead of misleading the customers about what's in it. Read more
