Great service, Great Food, love this place

Awful! Not only did we send our dishes back to the kitchen, but two of us got sick after eating only a few bites. Our complaints... about the food fell on deaf ears and we were presented with a bill for a full "Table d'hôte" menu at $30/person despite thefact that we did not consume most of what was brought to us. I pass by this place everyday. It has always looked closed with covered windows and non-inviting. What goes on in there?
