One of the best chains around in the area! The burger with garlic fries is the best menu option to me personally and they have... a decent beer selection. We also got a shrimp poboy which was laughably big and funny to watch someone eat haha but goodfood! Never had a bad experience at any of the new orleans hamburgers and seafood! I ordered the Seafood Platter and the Alligator Poppers. The platter was pretty good. The thin fish is excellent and I also... really enjoyed the garlic herb fries! The Crab cakes were over fried along with the alligator poppers. The fried oysters andfried shrimp were also really good! Another surprise was the coleslaw. It was smooth and delicious. The service was pretty slowhonestly. I was second in line and had to wait almost 10 minutes to just place my order. It was good for though, so that wasnice. 01-08-2021 lunchtime. My second time at this location first time in many many years. Awful experience. Poor customer service.... Over stuff large shrimp Poboy. The only thing overstaffed was too much lettuce. Not many fries and extremely greasy. Poorquality as far as the taste goes. Poor presentation of the food. The food was fresh and cooked to order. We had an appetizer, crawfish dip, which was great. My kiddos has fish and a burger.... They enjoyed their entrees as well. My hubby had the seafood platter which was very filling. I had the large shrimp overstuffedpoboy. It was overstuffed but the shrimp were average size. The facility was clean. The staff was friendly. There were servers and a counter to order your meal. Once ordered, you would place your number on the table you were sitting to... the server which I found kind of odd. Could have ordered directly if there were waiters or waitresses available. Food wasterrific for a first meal in N'orlens. The thin fried catfish was so thin and very crispy.
