The cashier was great friendly Z. There was five employees just standing around, while there was fries on the floor in the... cooking area. I watch all 5 staff walk right pass them. The driver said the shake was missing because the machine was down. He said to call the mooyah location. I tried to call for 2... days, but no answer. I went to the location this evening and was told to call door dash. When I reached door dash they said tocall the location.!!!! I tried calling corporate but couldn?t get through to anyone. Have you had a craving to eat a fresh burger that wasn?t sitting under a lamp? Well this place is it. That?s what I wanted and... I found this gem. They offer vegan and turkey options so I was overly excited. (Let?s be honest most places don?t!) Mooyahdidn?t disappoint. Seriously my burger was fresh, custom, and piping hot! What more could you ask for. The sweet potato Frenchfries were good. Although I managed to eat someone else?s home cut fries too.. I was torn! They both were excellentoptions. I ordered pick up and was greeted with smiles. The staff was very courteous and went above and beyond for a small special... request for my son who had dental issues and needed his shake blended extra creamy. I then proceeded to leave backed out of myparking spot when your worker came out to bring me a side that I forgot to grab on the counter. Super great service super greatpeople. I was informed that I could not order a shake because they were getting ready to close. This was 30 minutes before closing. I... was also informed after placing my order that the lobby was closed. They could?ve told me that before I ordered. I live 40minutes away so now I have to sit in my car with my kids and eat. Not what I was expecting for a visit to Mooyah. Read more

Got some coupons in the mail... so had to give it a try. We tried the Paleo which has an interesting lettuce bed instead of a... bun, and then the MDC which is a more traditional burger. The MDC was a pretty good burger at a good price... but the Paleolooks better than it is and priced too high in retrospect. The four star rating stems from the disinterested service. I had toyell to get an extra fork due to the employee's being allowed to wear earbuds while behind the counter. With so many offerings,I think I'll be back... but not after my coupons runout unless the service takes on a friendlier tone. Read more

Okay so it was my first time ever coming to mooyahs I've herd the hype about people from out of state telling me how awesome... they are... first off when I got to the counter to order I told them it was my first time here and was unsure on what toorder...I was rushed into ordering...the staff looked all frantic running around all over the place... I made 3 orders for meand two of my teens...My order was mixed and not prepared correctly as it was described, the fries were extremely salty and theburger extremely greasy and smooshed my daughter had cooked onions on her burger that she described as being sour.. it lookednothing like what I saw online......I ordered 2 shakes and only one was on the receipt so I got up and re ordered our missingshake by the time I made it to the pickup area my food was at the table but the shake never made it to the table so I get theshake I reordered and show my receipt for the first shake the girl goes ooh ok so she goes to start and prepare it. To mydisbelief she mixed the shake without even bothering to clean the machine that had stuff dripping all over it from the previousshake which was a whole different flavor.. both of them basically tasted the same I partially ended up drinking most of mydaughter's shake because she has peanut allergies and who knows if someone could have ordered a reese's shake and the machinecould have been contaminated it would have been a emergency then again who wants a shake that is mixed with something you didnot order...the bathroom was not clean and it had paper all over the floor, no soap, no paper towels... the only good thing wasthe ambiance of the restaurant... I literally woke up sick to my stomach this morning overall I spent almost $60 dollars. Itruly believe it was not worth it. My teens and I are big foodies this was a big disappointment to us.
