I just got my order this morning (10/12/2022) before going into work. My job is about ten mins away from here. I sit down to eat... and something was off. The pancakes were upside-down and the sausage was on top of the pancakes. The food was almost cold. Istill ate it. Not even an hour after eating it, my stomach hurts. I believe I got food poisoning. I feel the need to puke and gonumber two at the same time. The service was slow and they almost gave me someone else's order before giving me mine. Read more
This place is great! The workers are super rude and mean to you if you ask them to do their job! Nice! The food you receive is... nice and cold with a chance it?s been sitting out for a couple hours! Oh and you even get to wait like 15 minutes just to orderyour old, cold food! What else do you expect from a New Orleans McDonald?s!? The city at its finest right here ladies andgentlemen! The servers were kind, and there was food that came out, but the food was room temperature at best, and it took at least 10... minutes to even take my order. After they swiped my card is when they said that there was no receipt to be given out, so it wastoo late at that point to say never mind or that that was unacceptable. I live less than a mile from here and again, the foodwas cold when I got home. Which is also unacceptable. It wasn't even warm. And that's being generous. I haven't been to thislocation in a few years for this reason, but thinking that things might have changed and friends told me that it got better, Igave it a chance. But I will never come back here again. Deplorable excuse for any type of restaurant. I'm sorry I wasted mytime, money, and calories. Definitely not worth it...... I'm pretty sure the only reason it ever gets decent reviews is becauseit's the only one within a couple miles. I would rather drive to Kenner or New Orleans if I ever have a burger craving. Read more

for all the business this 24/7 location does the food is rarely fresh and the drive thru usually takes forever. they charge for... everything while not giving their employees any benefits including raises. last night we ordered meals and i didn't get to eatmy big mac until earlier today. the big mac had nothing on it but meat and buns. the chicken mcnuggets and fries, which ichoked down last night were hard like they were stale or had been sitting around for hours, again they are constantly busy so icant imagine why they seemed old. their various equipment is constantly breaking down and they seem only concerned with fasttimes that are achieved only by telling people to move out of the drive thru line and then waiting several minutes for cold andold food. the owners should be ashamed for how they treat their employees and their customers.
