Felt very uncomfortable asking for my order, paid the up charge, I won't be back and am changing a birthday tradition
THANK YOU VERY MUCH OLIVIA!!! Ordered a cookie cake with a helicopter design for a party dedicated to first responders. When... we arrived, the area where the design was supposed to go was empty. We were told they could not do a helicopter design.Disappointed, my daughter said she would try to do something herself. Employee, Olivia, stepped forward to help us with thedesign. Ten minutes later she presented us with the perfect blue helicopter design on the cookie cake. The cookie made a greatpresentation at our party. Way to take initiative and use your talents. Very disappointed. Spent $54.97 on a half baked cookie cake. Ordered at 12noon for a pickup time of 3pm . That was enough time... to BAKE it!. Really it was less than half baked it was basically warmed cookie dough. One star was too high of a rating, butthat was for the service alone! Order a cake days in advance. Called to pick it up and it wasn't made. Iwas told pick up at 1145 over the phone. I arrived and... the young lady with the golden dreadlocks was very rude and unprofessional. She was no help and had a very nasty attitude. Read more
Ordered a 16 inch cookie cake - 3301 Veterans Blvd., Metairie, LA Paid for it with cc - got a printed receipt - realized as I am... walking away looking at my receipt a $5 tip was added without my authorization!!!! I went back to the same girl and asked herwhy was a $5 tip added and on the receipt a ?.35 Commodity Cost? which after calling other locations. - this is the onlylocation that charges this! Getting back to the $5 tip - the girl ?Reprinted? my receipt and took off the tip she gaveherself! She stated my first receipt was for the customer before me - so then I said - no your incorrect - it was my signatureat the bottom of the first receipt - and she couldn?t explain what a ?Commodity Cost? is!!!!! Today my boyfriends mom went to pick up a cake that I had ordered for him online and when I got there they haven?t even made it... , I had ordered it 2 days prior to the pick up date . When she got there they were saying that they haven?t even got an orderfor it and when she showed them the receipt with the lakeside mall location on it , she had a big attitude and told her to moveto the side while she goes to make this cookie cake . I had order a cookie cake that said it would feed up to 30 people and Icustomized it to have a fire truck and an American flag on it because it?s my boyfriends birthday and he?s deploying next month. When I received the cake it only had a fire truck on it and it looked really rushed and messy , i had ordered it to have afire truck and an American flag on it . I wasn?t bothered by the messy part , I was bothered by the fact that if I hadcustomized it to have an American flag on it , it should have had an American flag on it . She told me she had already made thecake an couldn?t fit the flag , She was also rude about it an told my boyfriends mom there?s nothing she could do .That?s notwhat I ordered, I?m very disappointed and disgusted with the way they treat there customers.
