Considering my daughter and I were the only customers in the restaurant, also considering the woman was clearly dressed as a... manager you?d think the service would have been awesome. However, I sat in the booth for over 10 minutes waiting for her toacknowledge that I was ready to order. I even closed my menu and we made eye contact and she turned away and kept dazing out thewindow as if something else was more interesting than taking our order. At that point I got up and left it was rude and I feltshe was just being ignorant on purpose. If you don?t like your job find something else to do, especially as a manger of arestaurant. Read more
It was a day where they were short on staff. The service of the staff was excellent. They had smiles on their faces. Everyone... pitched in and did an outstanding job with customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Read more
Went there after leaving Dennys right down the street from here. Atmosphere very nice. Clean and very courteous people. As like... anywhere else, sign up hiring. The exception here is they take care of the customers that do come in. Unlike some places thatliterally don?t care because they are short staffed. Won?t be disrespected or mistreated because of the poor service places thatrun off the customers they do have. Thanx IHOP for making our dinner very nice. Keep up the great work. Read more
My friends & I waited about 20 minutes to be seated. The place was not packed, maybe 5 tables of people, & it's not that they... didn't see us because they came up to the front counter/around the front counter several times. We weren't a big group either (5people). We just left because they took too long. Read more
Honestly, it's the first time I ate IHOP in a minute so I'm not sure if it's this location or all of them. It is a national... chain restaurant. Prices are higher than they were a few years ago but that's everywhere these days. Portions are smaller thanthey were previously as well, also a going trend as of current. Food was barely warm. I ate all my hash browns in about fourbites. Eggs seemed like they were from a premix carton of some sort of scrambled egg like substance. Waitress was cool thoughwhich earned them an extra star, up from one. Basically, even amongst the other national chains, they're not what they used tobe. Food was simply amazing!! Somebodies mother and/or father is in the kitchen throwing DOWN! The food was fresh and hot!... Everything came out at the same time. The waitress was super friendly!! I ordered through DoorDash so I?m not sure if it was the Ihop on Vets or the one off the service road. The Vets Ihop is closer... so I?ll guess it was that location. I am pleasantly surprised and happy with the food quality, temperature, portions! I had lowexpectations since it was being delivered through DoorDash but they definitely proved me wrong. Read more
It was much better than I expected, the poblano omelette that I had was actually pretty amazing and full of flavour. But... unfortunately the pancakes were pretty terrible, but our server did say that there was a new cook and he was still learning,just wish she would have replaced them. Read more
