This is a bad location. Ordered online. Showed up curbside, traveling from s Florida. 30 minutes later after arriving, nothing.I... asked an employee bringing orders out. I actually thought I may be at the wrong location. She checked my app, went in and foundout they had dropped my order on the floor and had to redo it. Ok. I can live with that...but the food was cold, the sauces nonexistent the dressing was wrong and 1 of 2 drinks wrong. I guess they have employee issues. Read more

If I could give this business a - star rating I would. Most chick fil as I have been to have amazing food and service to go with... it. However I have noticed since the new operator got there, the quality has hit a bottom low. The food is always cold andsoggy, the workers clearly look unhappy to be there, and the service shows. There is no smile, no positivity, just slow robotsbehind a counter. Knowing previous employees under Mrs Hannah?s ?reign? has confirmed that she is a horrible operator and shouldnot be representing the chick fil a brand. A true shame. This is the worst Chick-fil-A located in the New Orleans metro area. The new operator Hannah Bergeron doesn?t care about her... employees or guests. Sweet Tea is too sweet. You ask for a 1/2 & 1/2 tea you get all unsweetened. You have to wait 20-30 minsfor your mobile order to be prepared. They don?t temp your chicken when it comes out. You have to wait for a hot sandwich butreceive soggy fries. Managers are all rude. Employees aren?t trained correctly to follow recipe procedures. They also serve youexpired prep items so your fruit is mushy or moldy bleu cheese in your market salad. If you are looking for a Chick-fil-A inthis area it?s best to skip lakeside mall and go to the one on veterans. This location hasn?t been great since Lauren Nelsonmoved the previous operator! This is exactly how my food came out of my bag. Sauces were thrown in the bag in my fries. It was extremely cold not even room... temperature!!! Just freezing. This has happened a couple times before and I let it slide since I work in Lakeside I know howbusy it gets but now I?m just kind of irritated because I?m definitely not getting my money?s worth. Whether it?s a long line, no line..the wait is definitely worth it. Customer service is always good and the food is always... fresh!! My go to is the Cobb salad with nuggets with the Avocado dressing. Rain, sleet, or extreme heat, the employees mostlyhave a great attitude!
