Customer service sucks!!! The person at the window was very rude and when she got our order she was very rude. She didn?t bother... to ask if it completes our order. My boyfriend had another order and she just over talked him giving him the total price and hesaid he had another order and her response was ?I?m still here? she said that twice. She didn?t even smile when we drove up.When we our order he looked in the bag and Sid he ordered a large fry she took the bag and said ?this is the lg fry and this oneis a medium one? she was very rude about it. I have tried going to this location at least once a week in the morning to the drive thru and literally every time I have gone,... I have sat there with no customers in front of me waiting for someone to come to the speaker and take my order. There were alsono customers in the building but it was it was open at the time. I don't know how many people are working there but 5 out of 5times with no response is beyond ridiculous. Don't waste your time. Read more
Location is convenient employees have always been nice but have to give it two stars because how crazy slow the drive through... always is. Expect roughly 7 minutes per car in front of you. Read more
The only reason I give this place a chance is because it?s the closest fast food near me but never again! I went there this... morning and couldn?t get breakfast because their machines were down. Ok cool. Then I went back for lunch waited behind 3 cars tofinally get to the speaker and the lady says she not taking anymore orders until she gets someone else in the store. I have had 2 out of 2 good experiences here. Diet coke is good and they actually put ice in your drink. Also, the chicken fries... are crispy (FOR ONCE! ) and the fries are fresh! This is definitely a more reliable Burger King for quality. Thank y'all! Read more
I wish I could give zero stars. First off, ordered for dine in via the app. Dining room was closed even though the signage... invites you in. Haven?t had a whopper in years and decided to try one. It was HORRIBLE. Visually unappealing, no flavor andsloppy. Never again at this location. Read more
