I ordered ice cream in a waffle cone bowl. When I got it, the waffle cone bowl was rubbery & when I brought it to the employee's... attention, she just offered me a cup. How do you offer someone a cup and nothing else when I paid for a stale cone too? Will notbe back to this location. I have never received a stale cone or bowl. Shady. My fiance's kids are in town, and they wanted ice cream last night. I ordered through a delivery app because we weren't... able to get out there with the car. I've ordered online before from a different location with no problems. I know that the appis going to cost me more, that's fine, but after I had ordered, I got a notification that the manager had adjusted the pricebecause of requested add ons. The app already charged for toppings. It already charges MORE than they do in store. So I wasalready paying extra. It was too late to cancel so I was stuck paying 60 dollars for ice cream for four people. Four doublescoops. No insane amounts of toppings. No fancy cakes or anything. The retail price was about 27 dollars. I get that there is adelivery fee and all that. But 60 dollars is absurd and absolutely messed up. I've ordered BR before - the same order - and I'venever had this happen. I've never had the price changed after ordering. I was already paying more. Read more
I cannot say enough good things about the ice cream cake I ordered last weekend. The girl that makes the cakes always does such... a great job! I've gotten several cakes from this location in the past and myself and my family members are blown away by herwork! I wish I knew her name so I can send others to have cakes done by her! She clearly loves her job and puts pride in herwork. I would have to agree with the lady Marie Jordan in the above review! I went last week to get the vegan ice cream ! There were... two girls and 1 guy, one of the girls different color hairline piercing and the other girl blonde hair , all 3 were rude! Nohello how can I help you; very unfriendly people.! That?s not customer service! They never greeted me like they were bored likeI was bothering them! I got my flavors which is great ice cream! I had to ask for top on the ice cream! It was just 9pm! Theyseem like miserable people that work there! Nothing friendly about them! I wish the boss man would show up unexpectedly to seehow they treat the customers! It?s awful! Bad service. While we were at this establishment we felt rushed and un-welcomed. The girls working there had no regard for... assisting us and didn?t even say a word to us when we came in or left. It was clear that they did not care about making theexperience enjoyable for customers.
