I ordered the Moussaka, spinach pies, Greek salad with tzatziki & baklava for dessert. Everything tasted homemade with... flavorful, fresh ingredients! It was enough food for 2 days!!! The server was friendly. The service was good. I thoroughlyenjoyed this delicious Greek food! I highly recommend Acropolis for a great dining experience! Had an amazing meal tonight at Acropolis. Greek salad and gyro plate. My friend had the grilled pork chops. First and foremost,... you need a hearty appetite of you order the pork chops. Greek salad was perfect as well as the gyro. But, overall what I wasreally impressed with was the service level. You had the feeling that every single person working tonight wanted to make sureyou had a fantastic experience. You can feel the sense of teamwork. One of the better meals I've had in the area. We went for the first time tonight, and it was pretty spectacular. All seats were taken and we had to wait for a bit, but they... apologized and made up for it tenfold with their great service. My glass was never empty for long. The food was tasty. I can'tsay how authentic it was or wasn't, but it was very delicious. Greek salad was tasty, garlic potato soup was very good, evenmy speckled trout was tasty - especially the roasted veggies on the side. I highly recommend the fried cheese appetizer. A couple of friends and I went to Acropolis around 5pm on a Sunday evening. Although the parking lot is small and shared with... other businesses, there was plenty of parking available. It seemed to be the perfect time to visit. Our waiter was fantastic!He was great at explaining the menu and giving suggestions. They had a 4 course special for $19.99 with several soup, salad andentree choices. I went with the 6 onion soup, Greek salad and an entree which name I cannot pronounce or remember. I?m not asoup person, so wasn?t really feeling the soup. The salad was excellent! I will return for that alone. The entree was a flounderfish wrapped in pastry crust with a side of vegetables. The fish was big and thick. Personally, I prefer thinner pieces of fish.It had a good, distinct flavor in some portions and was lacking flavor in other portions. If the flavor would have carried allthe way through, I would have loved it. I chose baklava for dessert and it was really good. I paid extra for a shot of Greekcoffee (similar to espresso).
