I usually pay cash when I go to bars, but last night I ran out of cash and used a card to pay for my last beer of the night. I... left a $1 tip for a draught beer, but I just happened to check my bank statement this morning and the $6 beer became a $10 beer.If the bartenders will steal $3-$4, they will steal much more if given the opportunity. I go here for trivia a few times a month. The staff are nice and the service is pretty good. I have had the wings, burgers,... fries and food is good, but they recently changed the chicken sandwich to a lower quality meat so that is not great now. Everything else is good though. Read more
1st time at this spot! When u walk in there is a bar center space with tables n chairs around the outer walls. I entered the... spot around 11 and the place was wall to wall packed with people. It died out quickly so I guess that may have been the afterwork crowd. My crew of 5 enjoyed Appetizers (wings, tacos, loaded fries) n lemondrops. The spot was a vibe. I'd return! Read more
First went in and was excited that it was no longer the swamp room, looks amazing, bright and fresh. From there the experience... went downhill. We sat down and waited for maybe 5 minutes or a bit more before we got menus. We then tried to get the attentionof every passing server for what I would say was again 5 minutes to no avail, we finally grabbed someone who nodded and thenwalked on. After another few minutes someone finally came to take our order, she took our drink order and I ordered a dessert.The drinks came promptly but the dessert took forever, I had to eventually go to the bar (we had not seen our server sincegetting drinks) and the bartender (although our server was standing right next to her) confirmed the order and went to check onit. When the dessert came out the gentleman who brought it said to me do you need 3 more spoons or are you planning to eat allof this, it was not extremely large, to which I replied, all mine, thanks. The bartender was excellent, personable, came tocheck on us, and brought more drinks when they were ordered. Overall the bartender saved the night, I would go again just withthe hopes that they clone her and service gets better. P.s. it was busy, I will allow them that but it was not busy, the boothbehind us never filled with people and there were empty bar stools, but perhaps they did not anticipate the crowd that they hadfor a Monday night, all be it the Monday before Christmas.
