Normally purchase from here online due to location and it being convenient. After today it?s going to be awhile before they earn... my business. The cashier was absolutely rude and had an attitude with every customer who walked in front of her. I understandthe system was down and there were issues but customer service goes a long way and you absolutely won?t find that here.Whispering underneath breaths calling customers inappropriately names and disregarding any remorse for long wait times and ifthat?s isn?t enough wanting me to pay an additional amount for my online order which I had already purchased prior to arrival.Definitely surprised this location is still able to function. This is probably the first Wingstop I've been too that has had great service thanks to Shonda! She was an absolute sweetheart... and really took care of us. Very professional to us and her coworkers. On top of that we got our food very quick and everythingcorrect. This is 100% my Wing Stop from now on! Read more
I hope Shonda is getting paid very well for the work she does. She is an amazing worker and the work environment she sets up... for her employees is awesome! 06/29/22: Ordered wings, fries, veggie sticks, and a drink through the app. Was quoted 20-25 minutes for my order to be ready... around 9 pm. Arrived at 9 pm and went to the counter to pick up my food. Got home and my cheese fries had only a small drizzleof cheese. Wished it was a side portion of the cheese sauce. Fries were decent though. Wings were dry/overcooked. One wing stillhad po feathers attached. Super yum?. The flavors (hot honey, garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper) were good though.
