One star is too many. Don't go here. I used to like this place. Yesterday, My wife and I ordered 24 wings, fries and 3... condiments. I went to pick up the food, and lady at the counter gave me my order, but she also gave me a certain look. Hmm, Iwondered why. We got the food home and noticed the wings were a little overly done as we were eating. I should have taken itback up there. She knew! We just decided not to patronize any Wingstop again. Bye! I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready in 45 mins it?s been more than an hour I waited more time to head over... there just to give them enough time to finish my order, but instead I got there and my order wasn?t ready they weren?t evenaware of my order they were all confused!!!! I had to showed them an screenshot of what I order so they could make it. Worseplace ever!!! They didn?t even offer a gift card nor discount for the inconvenience. I?m so mad and hungry!!! Not sure how this place is still on business. Maybe the fact that it?s a Wingstop and customers are used to something this place... is definitely not. I have been here a few times hoping that my experience would change, sadly it hasn?t. Small orders alwaystake more than one and a half hours, no one ever answers the phone, zero customer service from the staff. It?s sad because it?sa pretty good location but I will not be coming back here. Read more

If I could give this place 0 stars? I placed an order over the phone at 7:12pm and was told it would be 40 minutes. Which is odd... because at other locations I?ve been to it?s usually 15-25 minutes but I said okay. I got to the restaurant at 7:57pm and theorder was still not ready. I was told it would be another 15 minutes. Great, I waited the 15 minutes and went in again only forthem to say another 8 minutes. At this point I?m frustrated because there?s so many people inside just waiting on orders andeveryone has been there 20+ minutes. At 8:30pm I finally receive my order, and I checked it before leaving the restaurant tomake sure everything was correct, only for the food to be cold. Not warm, cold. I immediately went to the counter and asked formy money back. No scene just simply said I wanted my money back and they could keep the food. I waited way over the 40 minutesINITIALLY they said my order would be ready, plus another 30+ at the restaurant. They did not give me my money back because theyweren?t ?authorized? to. The guy kept my receipt and said to come back tomorrow and they?ll take care of it. So I left this wingstop with no food, and no money back. I?m sorry but this is not the way to run a business. I work customer service and I knowthere?s rough days but every time I?ve been to this place over the years it?s been the same long wait experience. I rather driveto garland when this place is minutes away from my home simply because the customer service is way better. Read more

I ordered for delivery online. It said it would be delivered in 70-80 mins. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I drove up there. My order... still was not ready. I asked to speak with the manager. The young lady who I spoke with did not have a care in the world aboutour order. She never even apologized. I asked for a refund she said she would not be able to do that. She said only her GM isable to do that. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. That lady should never be a manager. Read more

Sitting here for over an hour. This is ridiculous. I feel sorry for the employee. Too many people in this little store. Need a... better system to update people that their order is not ready. Will not be back. Also this store do not need to do door dash etc.they can not keep up with the demand. Also when they know they are 2 hours behind, they need to stop taking online order or atleast give the right time online. Read more

Is it me or did I just get a bad batch. I've been here a few times before but one night my wings were very dry. I ordered some... bone in and some boneless, even the fries were not up to par. Maybe the cooks are not putting effort or a change in recipemessed it up. I'll be trying out buffalo wild wings to see if they are better. Read more

I ordered a party pack of wings last month for my daughter's birthday. I arrived home and noticed over half of the wings were... very small, looked very dry and barely had any meat on them. I called the location and the manager on duty contacted thedistrict manager Raymond to discuss my complaint. According to the manager on duty Raymond said he didn't have any control overthe small wings because they are received from the vendor like this. I sent Raymond an email the following day and he respondedto me the next day stating that he was going to issue me a credit. I reached back out to Raymond two weeks later to check on thestatus of the credit and he did not respond back to my email. The transaction took place 6 weeks ago and I am still waiting fora credit and a response from Raymond. Please check your wings before you leave the restaurant. This was a very disappointingvisit and I honestly doubt if I will ever visit this location again. Read more
