Second time ordering delivery from this location and first time ordering the new chili cheeseburger. Food was delivered hot and... fresh and promptly ahead of eta. The new burger is extremely delicious, although I'm not sure it will replace my normal go tosweet and spicy bacon burger. Waited until the 2nd delivery to leave a review and service quality and time were consistent. Ialso ordered the white chocolate raspberry shake which was delicious. The burger was nowhere near as messy as I assumed it wouldbe. Still need to try the chili cheese fries though. Read more
20 mins for 2 taqitos is pretty REDICULOUS. Especially if this store is next to their home office. one would think this location... would work harder than most but don't expect it. Read more
Town East location: I ordered a patty melt and was given a smashed up Avocado burger on Texas Toast. It resembles barf on bread.... ???????? Luckily, I'm not allergic to anything on this wrong order. Good for me I eat avocado,huh. I swear this location needsto be closed down permanently! They are consistently messing up on orders. 8/10 orders that I place at this location areincorrect somehow. Even if I order online,I go to pick up my food and still wait over 10 minutes, because they have failed toeven begin cooking it by the "ready time". Well I'll just take my business else where. Worst Whataburger I?ve ever been to. They got the order completely wrong and left out a lot of ingredients. Our food was cold... and disgusting. We also were charged $20 for two sandwiches and fries. Pretty sure someone kept a couple of bucks forthemselves. Avoid this place. The person who owns the franchise should be ashamed. Read more
I love the sheer audacity the staff have when it comes to disrespecting their customers. This truly is the rudest most... incompetent whataburger I have ever gone to. This location should be shut down permanently but then there would literally be nofast food in the area. Read more
The young gentleman and then the female who served the order were so rude. Character and manners and not people who seem like... they are hostile and looking to fight over their ability to comprehend an order could improve this location. No one had anattitude but them. Customers having to pay for their meals then leave confused and as if they need to defend and protectthemselves from inexperienced individuals isn't a good look or feeling. We normally have a great experience here, but not this time. I work graveyard shift and usually our visits here (no matter the... time of day) are great. This last visit was very disappointing. The restaurant had no customers before us in drive thru and whenwe paid at the window they didn't inform us that it'd be a long wait. They just took our money and closed the door. We didn'tget our drinks and had to wait. We tried knocking on the window and blowing the horn and it took someone forever to come to thewindow. By that time they were getting more customers behind us in the drive thru line. They finally gave us our food and thenwhen they closed the window back my husband had to try getting their attention again. There were 5 cups sitting on the counterfull of drinks. When someone came to the window again my husband had to remind the person that they never gave us our drinks!!And the person grabbed 2 of the drinks that had been sitting on the counter for about 10mins.... very disappointing because ourice had melted and the sides of the cups were damp with perspiration. Then when I opened my chicken strip box the large friesthat I had ordered were all tumbled over into the box and once I put them all back in, the fries didn't even fill up the littlefries box. The fries and strips were also very hard and I had to throw several fries away because I just couldn't chew them. At midnight, an online order, special requests. Why would I ever take a star away from an amazing double meat jalapeño ?cheese?... burger. The thing was super delicious and satisfied all of my hunger needs. I went and picked up my order myself just aftermidnight after ordering it on the app. The cook had it ready for me by the time it took me to put my shoes on and drive to therestaurant. If I didn?t feel like everyone in the building was on drugs, I might have checked my purchase, but I felt it mightbe best to check it at home. It was super delicious. I?ll definitely do it again.
