Came here after I got off work and we weren't acknowledged for a while at the drive through which is normally not a problem.... However, after we finished ordering our total was not given to us and when we asked twice for our total at the speaker box wewere ignored. I have been to this location before and it is usually better service than that. I have worked fast food before andI have never just left the customer wondering what the total was going to be or if I didn't have it ready I would say I wouldhave your total ready for you at the window. Had the Bacon blue cheese burger( love blue cheese) it was made with blue cheese dressing. Gross!! Very disappointed. To add to... the insult I ordered a 3 piece tender and hot a box with the dipping sauce, no tenders. Too tired to go back and will not returnto that location anytime soon. As a rule, Whataburger is my go to place for a burger. Very disappointed in this location and will not be back. I don't think... it's managed well. The car in front of us in the drive through had to wait a long time for someone to take it's order. We alsohad to wait a long time! We got our order and drove off only to find it was incorrect, plus we did not receive a receipt, norwas the person at the window who took our order and gave us our food very friendly. Read more
Hamburgers were good. Ordered medium onion rings and was not happy about the amount that were in the container. Really should... have a lot more for the price of $3.50. I know when I usually order french fries I get a lot. That is the medium and largesizes. I understand everything has gone up in price, but try to give us a good amount of the item for the price we are charged.I think onions are not as the price of beef and the buns for the hamburgers. Food hot and fresh, store very clean but cold staff extremely friendly.
A true Texan entity....Whataburger is not only known for its burgers but more. Try the Dr. Pepper shake or the Buffalo Ranch... Chicken Strip Sandwich or perhaps the Whataburger Patty Melt. They are all good. Visit them today! Read more
I always like to visit these locations more than once because on one visit I had a great experience food hot and fresh great... customer service this time when I went I still had great customer service the only problem was whoever was cooking the burgerput my patio on upside down and I am going to show the pictures I don't know how you can mistakenly put the Patty upside downwhere the cheese is actually on the opposite side of the bun I have included the picture so you can see it I just really believethat this location needs to really thoroughly look at the workers and their background before they hire them and start sendinganything out of the window Read more
I went to this location on 11/10/2022 at 4:37am. I just got off at 4am. Before I left my job I was thinking how I?m going to... stop by this location and get some pancakes so I can take my medicine and My thoughts turned into disappointment when I gotthere. This is the third time I have went there for pancakes and they told me they don?t have any. I literally had to ordersomething I did not want just to be able to put something on my stomach to take my blood pressure medication. Why is it on themenu if you don?t have it to serve the customers that want to order just that. I am beyond disgusted with this location. If it?snot that they?re out of pancakes you better taste your drink before you drive off because the soda will taste like carbonatedwater only. I don?t know what has happened but it?s a huge change from how it use to be. So sad I must say being that I liveless than ten minutes from this location and I will have to go elsewhere. Read more
