Service here is awful. So slow! I know it gets busy and your rushing to do orders but as a customer when you sit and listen to a... loud conversation between employees saying, "30 dollars, 30 minute wait", "nah I don't wanna rush, I can take my time", "thelonger the line, the more hungry they get- so they waiting", "I got all the time in the world"- is when you know it's not thework load, it's the workers. I live in the area..please do NOT I REPEAT DO NOOTT get food here! It?s a constant problem. They almost always forget to add... items included in your meal. The drive thru alone takes about 45-1hr to get through. The kids working here are rude as hell aswell. Try the Colins location. Read more
Came up here ordered two Cobb salads and they said ok on the microphone drove up to window ,told us they only had ome salad left... wow at 8:00 and this establishment supposed to be open 24/7?! Just dint want to make the chicken(fried ) came up here today at8:00 pm the big white lady and man is too lazy to fry chicken and they work at a fast food place I won't be back and I'll tellmy family to stop coming here . Customer service was lacking, prices are getting outrageous for the quantity of product used. I ordered a taquito that had maybe... a tablespoon of eggs. The bacon was raw and uncooked. I've made numerous attempts to upper management about there food and can'tget a response. Every sense they were bought out the quality and service has went down hill. Read more

Fast and friendly service at this Whataburger location near Mesquite downtown. The food is always fresh and appetizing. Clean... dining room and stocked well with condiments. My favorite condiment is that they even have French Vanilla creamer for theircoffee ??. Highly recommend their spicy ketchup also! Read more
I?ll give it an extra star because most of my order was correct, but they did charge me for a gravy and never put it in my bag... and also forgot to put smaller items. The cashier was Daniel but it was a girl that attended me and she kept saying she hatedher job and was in a bad mood. Both the girl and the boy were unprofessional and this whataburger is worse than the one in lakejune. Read more
