Visited this location Saturday Oct 15th and was very disappointed . Shaniya was very sweet so 1 star for customer service.... Anyways , I waited for what felt like at least 5 minutes in the drive thru for my order (chicken strips meal, and i was the onlyperson in the drive thru) the gravy was TERRIBLE , watery , no flavor , pepper NADA! And the audacity for your cook to beoutside on a smoke break with my terrible wait time and meal! Read more

-5 stars.....I placed a mobile order. Arrive at the time, there's no customers there and employees in the office. They didn't... even know they had a mobile order till I arrived.. really? Good job guys.. 30mins for a simple order and no customers there butme...... ridiculous... hire competent employees that wanna work or pay them enough to actually work.. The guy went fromcleaning counters to touching food and food utensils without waking hands or eating gloves.. he stood at the drink fountain fora min couldn't figure out half sweet tea and half lemonade so he hands me my cup like I didn't see him... Absolutely worst experience ever. I waited 25 minutes in drive thru for 3 taquitos and a honey butter biscuit. The person that... took my money was very rude and after getting my food home it was terrible. The cheese on the taquito appeared to be an oldslice that was just left out on the line for a few hours. The chicken on the biscuit was barely half a strip and there was nosauce at all on It. How does this location even stay in business when this is how they treat customers. Read more
Unfortunately, the quality of the food varies too much. It's inconsistent. One time, I order and everything is just right. The... next time, I order the exact same thing, and it's not prepared well. It's like playing Russian Roulette with your palate. Read more
