Everytime I visited this places they gave me a great customer services. I Love their food.
Food was cold they took forever to seat us even though they were not busy maybe 2-3 customers were inside the building. The... manager/bartender was the first person who saw me and my wife come inside and left us standing at the door for atleast 10minutes. We ordered a margarita on the rocks but it had red stuff floating inside the drink. The margarita was Extremely salty.The bartender/manager remade our drink 3 times and it was still salty. The Mac and cheese was nasty ???? mashed potatoeswas Hard,dry and cold. Never again will I take my wife back to TGI Friday. Read more

Service was really slow. We waited 15 mins to be seated me and my wife counted 6 table 7 booths empty??? 20 minutes for food not... too bad but our drinks had little ice ask for more and lemons 2x never got it. Waited on server who was really polite. I orderchicken and shrimp sizzling on hot plate with melted cheese grilled onions and peppers. Shrimp was small and had tails on them.To hot to eat with hands, even smaller when you cut the tails off. Too much hassle to eat shrimp and for the price of inflationand my fork and knife was wrapped in dirty napkin. Finally I ask if they were short handed they said, yes. Rushing makes moremistakes. TGIF is one of my favorite places to eat but this one fell a little short in a few areas. No one greeted us when we got there,... we stood/sat there for almost 10 minutes before some came to greet/seat us (no they were not busy). Our waitress was a sweetieand did a good job making sure we were taken care of. I gave 3 stars because 3 of our orders were wrong. I ordered Mac andcheese with French fries for my 2 year old and she was given chicken strips instead of fries and she poured all the honeymustard in her Mac and cheese..and wouldn't eat it. I ordered the sizzling chicken and shrimp and asked for no marinara on myshrimp and when they bought my food out, there was no sizzle and no marinara sauce on the plate. We didn't get our extra friedshrimp or grilled shrimp that was requested either. Also the bathroom had a HORRIBLE SMELL,not like someone used the rest roombut a bad food smell. I'll always visit any TGIFriday because I love their potato skins and Pot Stickers so we'll be back tothis location while I live in this area. Read more
Absolutely terrible... We had money stolen from us by one of the waitresses, water splashed in my mother's face by the same... waitress, and waited 45 mins to get our first round of drinks. My family and I (party of six) came to this restaurant and weretreated beyond disrespectfully... The restaurant was empty and there was no reason (added stresses from a busy night) for us tobe treated the way we did. Two members of our party decided not to even eat after the service we received... we spent over 200$(I still have my receipts) not including the tip... My husband and another member of the party still decided to GENEROUSLY tipour waitress despite her rude service plus waiting 45 mins for our drinks/refills after asking for them. They said "well sheprobably had a bad day, and maybe this will cheer her up and help her treat the next people more respectfully" despite ourprotests to the large amount tip easy 25% of our bill... then upon further investigation after the bill hit our car (about anhour after leaving) I noticed she decided to STEAL and add more to the bill... I have our receipts (signature and all) and havetried contacting corporate several times with no luck... Sucks... Guess she got her little win that day... You can never go wrong with the sizzling chicken and mashed potatoes!!! It’s gets better every time. Such a great meal.
