So we were the only people in line and we gave them our order clearly and they even repeated it back to us. When we got to the... window two cars had pulled up and they tried charging us twice from two different ladies coming to the window. Then they gave usthe wrong things in our order rushing us to go. It was extremely rude and disorganized and they have the worst customer serviceI?ve ever had to go through. I used to work at Taco Bell for about a year in 2021 so I?m still familiar with them and how theteam is supposed to communicate and accommodate to their customers. $18.57 (without tax) for this. An incomplete OLD chicken quesadilla, 2 tacos that had the bottoms completely SOGGY and missing,... and the new Brisk Dragon drink with absolutely NO TASTE. I could add the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes that were ice cold and stale aswell, don't get me started on the #6 meal that had 2 chalupas with 3 pieces of chicken in them each. Disrespectful, nonprofessional, and overall, just plain lazy. I must admit that while not a huge fan of the Bell, the primary reasons why I come to this location is the proximity to my job,... the speed of service, and the customer service received. There is a lady here (blue tinted hair) that is hands down the bestfast food employee I have ever met. I believe she inspires the younger folks here to also be as good. But for those Bell fans Ican say that you will never get bad service or cold food. They have touch less delivery to your person, curbside, in at thedrive thru.
