We feed the homeless and tried to order 40 breakfast burritos and was told they didn't prep enough for that due to being a small... store. I have never heard of such, we have gone here before and was accommodated with no issues. I called into the store twiceas soon as we left and they would not answer the phone. There was no customers in line or in the store. This just happened todaySept. 10th 2022 @ 9:05 a.m. I need someone from corporate to contact me concerning this issue. Read more

I had just ordered a burrito on the taco bell app and one of the employee rather than apologizing to me is showing me attitude... and throwing the bag down hard. The manager has an attitude as well did not apologize or anything for their behavior or thewait. When you tell them no cheese the manager just told them to open it up and take the cheese out which is a No Go in any foodbusiness. I can do that myself but that's not what I want the burrito is for someone who is allergic to cheese. I would highlyrecommend the district manager to contact me regarding this issue or else I will have to take legal action against this branchof Taco Bell. I'm a regular customer here almost on a daily basis and this is how I get treated. Go to Chick Fil A or McDonald'sand learn how customer service is given! Customer service is the utmost importance in any food business to stay in business. Ihave owned multiple restaurants and if any of my employees acted this way with a customer they would be free to go and not comeback to work. I went there wanting a Mexican Pizza unaware they took it off the menu. All they tell you is we are Sold Out. Sold out is... misleading instead they should tell you it is no longer on the menu. and I wouldn't have asked several times for this itemseeing that at each visit that was all I wanted. Read more

Cindy greater me over the radio with the most polite, friendly and upbeat tone! She was so happy to take my order, and even... after I moved forward in the drive through line, I could still hear her cheery and uplifting attitude as she treated the carsbehind me. I asked for extra sour cream on my burrito and I didn?t even even get a single drop of sour cream in my burrito. I also said to... put no red sauce in my burrito and they drenched my burrito with red sauce. Also you can?t even order a large water here forsome reason. Read more

This place pretty much sucks, they?ve raised the prices as the food gets worse. They hardly ever put anything in the burritos or... any sauce. The cinnamon sticks don?t even get enough cinnamon. It better to make the drive 10 minutes away to the otherfacilities. Read more

Great service! The whole staff is very responsive and kind. The toasted cheddar Chalupa was amazing! BTW - I came here today... because Burguer King next to it was staff shorted, and dine-in was closed. If I can suggest something, please turn up the heat acouple of degrees. It was freezing inside. The staff appeared too busy to interact with customers. It seems like all that they wanted to do was give them the orders. Some... people aren't very computer savvy and could use some assistance putting in their orders. I would highly recommend going to otherlocations. Read more
