Go somewhere else if you want SERVICE in a timely manner. Last two visits the sandwiches were made incorrectly. Today's visit I... waited 45 min in curbside pickup while watching people go in and come out with new orders. I entered the order online so ididn't have to wait. Apparently if you go in your order gets processed before people that enter one online. I called them twicewhile I waited. The second call was to CANCEL the order. NEVER again. Do not waste your time. Go to a location where they makethe sandwich correctly in a timely manner. I wish i could give a negative score. And do not complain to the corporate officecause they could CARE LESS. Read more
I?m not one to leave reviews but i honestly just found this kind of funny. The worker stopped in the middle of making my... sandwich to text right in front of me. Then continued making my sandwich with the same gloves he just touched his phone with.Then acted like i was bothering him by wanting stuff on my sandwich. Read more
This location always closes early. ALWAYS. Alright folks. After some deliberation we have decided that we will no longer come to... this location. Plagued by mismanagement and a lack of ingredients and supplies. The owners continue to disregard any complaintsor issues that occur at this location. Every answer to a lack of something is it?s ?discontinued?. When obviously we frequentSubways so much we know that?s not true. This time aside from the same excuses we find an infestation of crickets in there. Ididn?t see it until I finished paying and I regret I didn?t look down to see it. Too many things to state. I feel as acollective while we must shy away from this place. It doesn?t deserve the business of Mesquite. The earliest they?ve done thiswas around 9:40pm. This one was taken at 9:45. If you?re not open till 10pm then don?t advertise it. Last night had about 4 carsoutside wanting something. And they weren?t even cleaning. Just standing around. ?We?re out of bread.? I wouldn?t recommend anyone going to this subway. I know I definitely won?t be ordering from here again. I ordered food they the... mobile app for pick up to get food on my way to work for a 12 hour shift. I go to pick it up and since I was in a rush To makeit to work on time I didn?t check my food like I should have my order ended up being completely wrong. They gave me the wrongsandwich. Then I ordered from them again the next day cuz I love subway I ordered from them again. My order said it was ready at6:25pm as the time I requested and once I pulled up to subway the store was completely shut down. Nobody in sight. Said they wasdown for a hour due to no bread a hour in a half later my girlfriend went to get my food or get me a refund and they stillwasn?t open and no one was at the restaurant at all. I go this morning 8-14-2022 to speak to a manager since they won?t everanswer the phone I get there and there closed still. Waited 5 more hours called the restaurant multiple times once again no oneanswers. Go back up to the store and once again the store is still completely closed and I still have no food or my money backat all. my service here I got 12 cookies I was going to purchase a sandwich but after looking at all the women not have on the mask I... decided not to get a sandwich and just to get the cookies not only that my order came up to think $4.89 and I had $100 bill onme and a couple of dollars but it wasn't enough I asked if she could break a hundred it was clear at 12:00 she said she couldn'tso she reached to take the cookies back I said hold on I think I got a couple of dollars so I had $3 and the rest I had inchange I think this is very unprofessional not only did they not have a mask on but to not have change for a hundred when theyknow that they're going to be busy and it's lunch time I wouldn't recommend this service this is a picture of my greasy cookies Read more
I entered this establishment at 6:15pm... when I entered there was one lady ordering and two other ppl in front of me. There was... one NEW lady making sandwiches. After 10 minutes of standing in line, another lady by the name of Alicia came from around thecorner wiping her hands and arms as though she'd been in the back washing something. Anywho, she proceeded to the register andprinted out an order and made it. She then half helped the lady in line, but the new girl end up finishing her order. Mind youthere were now 3 other ppl behind me. After standing in line for now 35 mins, I asked the new lady was her manager here and shesaid no Alicia (coworker) is here, then asked if I wanted her to get her. I said yes. Alicia came around the corner and askedme, how could she help me? I asked her if she could help the NEW lady. She stated her manager told her to keep doing what shewas doing and stated she's slow because she's new. Then she proceeded back to the back. At this time, there was 5 ppl in lineand again I have been standing here 43 mins. I laughed it off, although I wanted to go off on her. When Alicia finishedplaying in the water in the back and putting bread on a pan, she then came to the front to help the new lady. I was next inline, but she helped the couple behind me. Again I laughed it off. Once my sandwich was complete, (47mins later), I asked forthe managers name and ole Alicia said her name is Karen and she'll be here Monday! So Karen I will be calling you Monday aboutthe horrible customer service. Why would you advise Alicia to not assist the NEW lady when there is 5 or more ppl in line?Especially if the new girl doesn't even know the difference between turkey and chicken.
