Absolutely the worst Subway around. Always an excuse not to serve people. Exact change and no card service. Made it seem as tho... was my fault. Just a very poorly run store. Previous encounter before today the manager was on phone arguing with her man andemployees had to be told by customers to wear gloves. Will never be back. Read more
I waited until I was in the parking lot to place my order, waited the 20 minutes in my car, never received a call or anything. I... went inside because the app said my order was ready. I walked up to the counter only to be told they didn?t have any bread andit would be another 30 minutes. This is my second bad experience with this location. Won?t be going back. Read more
1st visit i ordered 3 subs on the app placed the order @ 7:51pm and chose the option to pick up the order @ 8:20pm. around 8:10... i received a call from the restaurant informing me that they were out of chicken,tuna,bacon,tomatoes,onions,green bellpeppers,most of the breads. 2nd visit today same situation it has not changed this time they had no chips.decided to just leaveand try another location it aint the employees fault all this mediocre situation its the owners fault for not having theproduct available so that his workers could fulfill the orders. 1st time order from this location, and i ordered turkey and cheese on multigrain bread...the bread was really good and fresh!... Yesterday, I perderse online. Went to the store had to wait 30 minutes for two subs. In the process I saw the shift lead/... supervisor notice her employees mistake with putting the wrong veggies on the sandwich. The supervisor grabbed the sandwich,flipped it over the sandwich it was supposed to go on; the. Proceeds to make the sandwich. This should?ve been a red flag notto get a sandwich. But I did. They stole from me. They canceled our order after it was placed online because they said they were out of bread. I asked about a... refund because the charge went through and they said a supervisor will be able to do a refund. The supervisor wasn't able to doa refund and refused to make my order even though the store received my payment. She admitted the night crew cancels ordersbecause they are lazy and blame it on not having bread. Don't waste your money here. Read more
