The staff appeared in a rush and I had to repeat my order 4 times as they were making it. One of the individuals refused to let me in with my service dog and proceeded to tell me she was doing what she was told. They... expected me to leave her in my car or not get any service. If it wasn?t for another customer I wouldn?t have been able to getany food before going to work which i was on a very tight schedule to get to. We were given a wait time of 25-30 minutes, but were seated in less than 10-15 minutes. In a Saturday night, that is pretty... good. The waitress was great. Normally, they'd bug you every 2 minutes asking if you need anything or the complete opposite andyou're looking for the waiter/waitress to serve you & they're nowhere to be found. The food is always amazing, so of coursewe'll be back. With it being cool/cold outside, they had options to go on a heated patio. That's very considerate and comfortingto customers & the employees. I've been going here the past 6 years but recently it has been on a decline with slow service and always getting orders wrong. I... ordered pick up through the app I arrived with the line wrapping around to the outside there were so many customers you couldn'teven get in the place. I finally got in to the store there were no sandwiches left at the pick-up area so I assumed the mealsweren't even made yet even though the app says they were. I waited over 30 minutes just to finally get what I ordered only tosee I didn't even get what I ordered all sandwiches were the EXACT SAME and not different. They were all duplicates of ONESANDWICH the lady behind the counter was rude wouldn't make the correct sandwiches because it would take her too long and hasother people to help. She also didn't give me the cookies or drinks that I had to ask for and she was upset by me asking I'dlike what I ordered. I got tired of dealing with her so I left with incorrect sandwiches and ordered again at the other Subwaynearby before they close and they got the sandwiches correct. Read more
