I love Tom Thumb, I truly do but this Starbucks in this store is okay. When I went in this location, there was a long line and I... was okay with that but what I wasn?t okay with is the fact that the line was long because there was only two people working atthe time one of the ladies was on break the other lady was in training and the one in training could not do anything without theother worker that was on break the line was long because we had to wait until the other lady came off of her break even when shecame off of her break I literally had to ask her could she please wash her hands before she fix my drink I was not being rude Ihad to ask because I witnessed her scratching deeply in her head and her ear I thought places serving food or drinks had theemployees to wash their hands before returning to work from their break. I got Starbucks this morning at about 645am. I had a grocery store coupon that made a grander drink 2 bucks! Got in line behind... 6 people and waited...only 'cause the drink was 2 bucks. The barista was so nice and calm and unfortunately by herself, which Iam not complaining, but I think they should have had 2 people there so she iant stressed. I would have been. This lady keptcool, a smile on her face and was sooo pleasant!! When she rang me up, somehow it was only 16 cents for a grande pink drink!!!!Her attitude and the cost was probably the best experience I have ever had at Starbucks!!! Barista made a completely different drink, charged me for what I asked (espresso frapp extra shot of espresso) and then when I... said it was wrong she said oh well it's made this way so I'd have to charge you $1 for every shot and charged me again when Ididn't want 4 shots and then it was still wrong. Tasted horrible and the color wasn't even what it's supposed to be. Didn'toffer a receipt. Wasted $9 and 20 minutes. Read more
