This Starbucks is the best... As I have always appreciated. That our neighbor hood is starting to get these coffee shops in our... area that you have to drive so many miles before Starbucks came. Love that it seem like the Red Bird area is finally comingtogether. To the manager at this location! Saturday 11/27/22 approx 8:20pm ish. Drove all the way to this location due to bad experience... at the Military location. I want to tell you there was only 2 people handling the store and they were amazing!!!!!!omg I?m soproud of those two young ladies to handle a busy Saturday super friendly and had those orders out!!!! This will definitely be myfavorite location Military location had approx 8 employees working Friday evening and could handle what 2 did at your locationgreat customer service!!!! Service and quality have sadly gone down ever since the curly haired girl left as well as the cleanliness of the store, she?s... the only one that would go above and beyond to ensure the quality of my coffee was perfect . For some reason this store isalways understaffed and the baristas always seem tired , i?ve noticed this has been going on for months . Clearly the managerdoesn?t take good care of it?s employees and doesn?t appreciate their hard work and kindness. I can understand why workers seemunmotivated every time . I don?t think i?ll be returning to this location unless these things start to change . I?ve alsonoticed a big white guy (who is apparently the supervisor?) that seems kind of off . I saw him sit next to a costumer on hisbreak and she seemed really uncomfortable . Do you guys not have a place to take breaks ? even if you guys didn?t why would yousit next to a customer when the store isn?t that busy and could?ve had any other seat . This is definitely consistently the worst Starbucks I go to. No drive thru and today I stood in line forever while 5 employees... stood around staring at the customer in front of me instead of preparing drinks or checking out customers. It?s also thefilthiest store I?ve ever been to. Seems over staffed and under delivered. Read more

To be honest I never write reviews. However, the experience I had at this Starbucks location in particular was most pleasant and... I felt the need to share my experience. The worker with the pink hair was especially kind to me and helped me with all of myquestions about the menu. My drink was just how I asked for it to be and I couldn?t be happier with my experience. I'm an Uber Eats driver and when I was there, even though they were crowded, they got to me quickly, and had my order ready.... This place, despite being busy was also clean. I was impressed. 04/13/21: Very friendly staff at this location despite me being sleepy and not knowing what I wanted to order. Lol 01/17/21:... I?ve been to this Starbucks location since way back in the day. The staff on my recent visit was friendly and kind. They wereunderstaffed, but weren?t stressed out/overwhelmed and still kept on working hard.
