This just isn?t good bbq. I ordered the St. Louis ribs, mac and cheese, and potato salad. The mac and cheese was watery,... distasteful. The potato salad was warm and the potatoes were severely over cooked, not tasty at all. The St. Louis ribs wereunderwhelming, no tenderness and very watered down bbq sauce. Disappointing experience. I?ll start with the good. The rolls. They are delicious. I got the baked potato all the way. Be aware their idea of all the way.... And mine are two different things. The 8.45 price is for bacon not brisket. It?s over 13.00 for brisket. The brisket is morelike a sloppy Joe mix. The staff. Is not very welcoming and friendly. My family and I received a gift card for this place. When we went it was a steady flow of people in and out. We received our... brisket it wasn't brisket but,more like shredded beef. It was under the weight limit also. My husband bought it to the managerattention and he reweighed it and corrected the problem. The service and management was good. Enjoy coming here. I love the openness feel of the restaurant. Everyone from customers to employees are very friendly. I world... of given 5 stars if it wasn't for the consistent chilling experience I have here. The A/C feels great, but the ceiling fans overdo it!!!! I forget that I need to take my food to go versus eating here! Yeah, my food gets cold quickly!!! I enjoy eating mymarbelized brisket soft, not cold and hard ya'll. Came to celebrate Father's day here since my dad loved coming here but it's been a few years since he has came to have dinner... here. The ribs where hard not soft at all they look like it's been cooked from 3 days ago, it looks in the pictures but honey wejust took it all and gave it to a homeless so it won't go to trash. The service guy at the meat station was very friendly and helpful as it was my family's first time eating here we enjoyed the... food although a little bit expensive the fresh rolls made it worth it! Great place for Sunday lunch. Relaxing atmosphere with a nice mix of Gospel, Christian, and Country music. You get to see the... bbq, sausage and other meets when you order. Their brisket is really good, and their sauce is awesome ????. They bring rolls byyour table, and of course I ask for two, because yes, they are really good. They also bring ice cream by your table.
