It took 35 minutes to get my order and all of it but 1 item was incorrect. I asked for a refund for part of my order and no one... ever came back out and I had waited another 10 minutes so I ended up leaving. Read more

Food was good but... I order via the app entered correct parking spot and it took over 40 min to get 2 milkshakes. Not before... someone coming outside to ask me if I had an order pending... I guess they finally noticed my car parked in front waiting. Noteto self, if u order via the app...push the button anyways so that they are aware of your order. Read more

Location was a bit confusing telling me their entire ice cream selection was out of stock. Got a soda instead that I had to pay... for that went to a waste. Unable to consume the drink because I didn't have anything for the stomach. Disappointed that halfthe reason people go to Sonic you can't go to this sonic due to supply. That's like saying the fryer is down. Read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food establishment. Me and my husband pull up around 9:20 didn't get our food until... 10:36. Employees are arguing cops get called. Once we get to the window they forgot what we ordered. The lady at the window hadand attitude. To make matters worse our order was wrong. Read more

Waited 45 minutes when someone finally told me that they only had 1 order taker for the night. If I want Sonic then I'd better... get in the drive through. If you are that short handed, then maybe block off the car hop spots. Read more

I wanted to email in about our experience today, 4/6/22. I ordered through the app at @ 6:15pm. I arrived and check in... approximately 5 mins later. I expected to wait for the food but our total wait was 40 minutes. After waiting about 10 minutes,we saw a woman go up to the doors and knock to get the workers attention. She had two sandwiches in her hand, one of which shehad already unwrapped. She told the young lady that wasn?t what she ordered. My mom joked and said I hope that is not ours. Thescreen had already said ?Jayla is on the way with your order?. After waiting another 10 mins, I pressed the button. I had towait another 10-12 mins before someone answered. I explained we had been waiting for 30+ mins for our order. A gentlemen cameout right away and said sorry and left. I checked the bag and noticed it was very oily so I knew the bag was just sitting therethe whole time. When I got home that?s when I realized they had just given food they had already given to another customer. Thewrapper is all crinkled and you can obviously tell someone had already unwrapped it. I had only removed the sandwich from thebag when I took the picture, I had not opened it. I?m very disappointed and very disgusted. I can?t begin to imagine what elseis served if it is deemed okay to serve food that had already gone out to someone else. Customer service?s solution was tooffer me a burger and onion rings. No accountability, no offer to reach out to this location. This is so disgusting and sounsanitary. Read more
