we actually went next door to the new place but the wait was so long we decided to go to Snuffer's. SO glad we did.... initially,there was no hostess to greet us, so we sort of stood there for a few minutes before we were seated. Selena was ourserver and she was quick, friendly and checked on us just the right amount of times during our visit. she brought extra napkinsupon arriving at our table to greet us, which is (to me) a very attentive thing to do. who doesn't need extra napkins?! weordered the fried pickles which arrived to our table hot, crunchy and fast. you can tell they are hand.cut and breaded. SO good.they also came with more than enough dipping ranch, so it wasn't necessary for us to have to flag down our server for more.ordered sliders which came with fries (hand cut home fries) and were delicious. my son ordered a regular cheese burger. friendordered a burger also. we ordered cheese fries to go with her burger to share. only negative to this visit is that burgers onthe menu DON'T come with fries and you have to order them separately. who serves burgers without fries??? cheese fries are tooexpensive (IMO) $12 for a large. overall, they have my business and i will go to Snuffer's every time over the new place. nowait on Saturday night around 7ish when you're hungry? yes please! overall an excellent experience. I love me a good burger. I especially liked the poppyseed bun. Cheese fries were awesome as well. It did take the kitchen a... little time to get our food out even the the dining room was not busy. We?ll be back. Read more
Order was not right. Came back twice. Jordan can?t work with her boyfriend around. She was totally unprofessional, rude, she... needs some training. I will not return here. I only gave it 1 star just to say what happen. -10 stars this place needs outsidehelp! Read more
4 Star Purely for the customer service. The food was disappointing to say the least. All meat had a strange aftertaste and... texture. There's a lack of sides when ordering burgers so you'll have to get an order of fries separately unfortunately. Whilethis isn't inherently bad, I just expected a better burger than what I got. However, the customer service was great! Staff isvery attentive and I've never felt more welcomed! Just wish the food was as good as the service! Read more
First experience was okay.... not great, but not horrible. Didn't know we could just sit anywhere, but after that awkward... moment looking for someone who worked there to greet us, we sat. Took about 15 minutes for someone to greet us & take our order.I could be exaggerating, but it felt that long. 10 minutes minimum. The food was okay... nothing to brag over, but my kids lovedthe cheese fries. After the waiter disappeared again when I was ready to pay, I knew I wasn't coming back for a while, if atall. They got 4 stars because like I said, it wasn't horrible. Just a small lack of customer service, but if they get thatdown... it'd be great. Read more

Snuffers is a great place. Very laid back . My waiter was amazing and the food was great.
