The staffing has went down totally. While I was giving my order the lady saw her friends walk in and she yelled out HEY... BITCHHHHHH!!! Like shrieking to where it startled me and the older woman waiting in line behind me. Then she asked them whatthey wanted to drink. The lady behind me was looking very confused. She fid not even complete my order by taking my payment. Shewent to the back and another girl came out and completed my order while the other lady went to go make her friends drinks. Ihope they paid. If not that location is probably loosing more than gaining right now. Read more
This is my 3rd time in this particular location. I had 1 great experience with a guy working alone and 2 bad experiences 1 with... a girl working alone and today 2 girls working Girl working alone never greeted me or the gentleman who walked in behind me.After 3 minutes I left. Today your card reader isn't working. I left to go get cash, I looked in before opening the door andone of the girls was having a temper tantrum about something maybe because I came back. She walked to the back saying hello asshe disappeared. 3 minutes passed before someone appeared and took my order. Ive read your reviews and your promises to fixit. The labor market is rough right now. You are probably just happy they show up for work each day. I hate this, I'd almostrather have a ICEE than patronize this place again. I often wondered how Smoothie Factory only 1 block away stayed in businesswith Smoothie King so close, Its customer service. Was not offered the BOGO nor was I offered the upgrade for a $1. Read more

I took a look at the reviews and I actually enjoyed the service. I am vegan and the staff was more than happy to point out their... vegan as well as gluten free options. I got the small Pineapple Splash and it was soooo filling. I should have gotten just asnack because it took me awhile to finish the small! Great portions ???? Read more
