Do not order online via Uber eats, door dash or even on their website! They are ALWAYS out of everything!! Has happened more... than three times to me! And they don?t do refund on site. You have to go through corporate and wait for ?refund processing time?so you leave empty handy but don?t get an immediate refund because management doesn?t know how to either have inventory orforecast enough food to ensure they don?t run out ! What is the deal with this location? Literally every visit here takes 30 minutes or more just for simple orders. Their chicken is always good. On the day I went the drive thru line was extremely long and extremely long waiting period. I... tried to go into the restaurant but they had their doors locked. Phenomenal service!! From the moment I placed my order to the moment I received my food everything was great!! I was about to... ask the person at the pick up window for a cup holder, but he already had my drinks in one!! I was so excited because oftentimes when I go through drive-thru at other restaurants I have to ask for a cup holder and it makes it difficult carrying thedrinks one by one.
