DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. I've had nothing but problems with this store since they started using Door Dash for... deliveries. When something goes wrong, both companies blame each other and will not accept responsibility. Several times, Ihave only received half of my order. I haven't ordered from this store in some time because of this but I decided to take achance and boy do I regret it. Tonight, I ordered through the app and on the app, the delivery driver claimed I was notavailable and took my order back to the store. I never saw a driver or even got a phone call from the driver. I called thestore and they said they would make my order again. After 2 hours from my original order time, I called to cancel the orderbecause it had not been delivered and they would not cancel it and kept telling me they would not give me a refund. I thenspoke with a manager, and she could only tell me that they were waiting on door dash. I asked her about a refund and again allshe would keep telling me was that they were waiting on door dash. I asked her who I could speak to about getting a refund andshe couldn't tell me when the lead manager was working next or even who the owner was for this location. I asked her if therewas someone I could speak to such as a district manager in corporate and she said they didn't have anyone in corporate I couldspeak to. I finally got half of my order 2 hours and 30 minutes after I originally ordered. Got the second half of my order 30minutes later after I called and complained again. Read more
Ordered two pizzas for pickup. We all noticed the lack of toppings on the pizzas. My slice of pepperoni/Canadian bacon pizza... had part of a pepperoni on it. The grilled chicken pizza had a good amount of toppings on half the pizza, on the other half itwas hard to find the toppings. It looked like some of the slices were just cheese pizza. Read more
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. They listed my order as delivered but did not actually deliver it. Then the manager said they... could remake it but that there were other customers ahead of me and could not guarantee a quick delivery. Then, on top of allthat, when I asked if I could at least get a soda for all the delays, they said there was nothing they could do. This store andits management is incompetent. I placed an order for delivery. They called to tell me my order was canceled because they didn't have any drivers. They never... asked if I could possibly pick it up. I reordered and made it for pick up. Before we arrived at the store, I received a textthat my order was ready. I sent my granddaughter in with the money. She paid and waited. After about 10 minutes, I calledher to see what was taking so long. I went in and asked if the order was ready or not. They took an additional 5 - 10 minuteslooking at boxes trying to locate our order. While standing there waiting, I observed the guy making pizzas and not wearingany gloves!!! I was about to ask for my money back when they came with the order. This was my first time and will definitelybe my last time ordering from them!! Read more
Found a bug on my pizza once delivered. I called the store to tell them, they said they wanted me to bring the pizza to them to... make sure I wasn?t lying. When I brought the pizza back, They didn?t even apologize, just said they would remake. Slightlyinconvenient considering I?m paying a delivery fee and not even being reimbursed for returning back to the store.Will not beordering from here again. Read more
Ordered a supreme pizza it literally had a pound of onion in it. We tried to pick out as much as we could but ended up throwing... it away. Very Disappointing Read more
Ordered pizza & wings. The wings had no sauce & the "stuffed crust" pizza was no where near being stuffed. The chicken poppers... had something green on the inside. Called the manager to request they make the food correctly. He tried to charge me extra toadd sauce to dry wings & refused to fix the pizza. Nothing said about the chicken poppers. The food & customer service haveseriously declined. I respectfully asked for a refund. Don't waste your time or money. Go to a place that still values theircustomers. Read more
