Man i miss panchos. What it lacks in quality, it makes up in quantity. I'm really sad to find that Covid claimed the tradition... of raising the flag. Don't forget to finish with some hot sopapillas. Read more

Easily the worst food/Experience ever with Mexican food. I rather eat Taco Bell 2 days in a row then to eat here ever again. $36... 3 people. Food choices are bland. Food tastes like they took it all out of a freezer bag and warmed it up and served it to you. They have pictures online and through the restaurant of what looks like really good tacos. Come to find out that is NOT includedin the all you can eat buffet. Terrible system worse food. Read more

The food and the temperature was very nice, and the food was well presented on the platter. The fajita taco salad was great... and the shell was crispy and tasty. The buffet prices are great and so were the young ladies that served the food. Excellentchoice to dine in or carry out. Read more

We hadn't gone to a Pancho's in probably 15 yrs! We decided to go because I wanted sopapillas LOL. It was OK, not many choices.... My husband liked the guiso rojo de puerco. I liked the taquitos and of course the sopapillas. We'll be back in 10 yrs lol Read more

The food was good. They have decent selection. They serve your basic Mexican dishes. When we went inside, we pretty much went to... the buffet line. We grabbed a tray and pin pointed the food we wanted. There's a lady behind the food counter who dished out thefood we wanted. (There's a separate counter for the salsa bar, the sopapilla and the dessert). The servers were friendly andhelpful. We dined in at around 3 pm and we were told the servers still take orders from your table until 4 pm (once you lined upone time, there will be servers who will go back to the line and get the food you would like to have for your seconds or thirdor however much you wanna go back for the food you like ????). They food was pretty good but I felt the flavors changed fromm my first serving to my second. I hadnt visited a Panchos in a... very long time so I was excited to try it again. Covid restrictions have this place all messed up. I guess they cant mandatemasks at the buffet tables. You get served what you want but you have to ask for everything. The servers can barely hear you asthey served me foods I never even wanted. They need to offer disposable gloves for the self see e salad bar. Masks and glovesand self serve would be way better. No one to greet you or explain what to do. No wait staff so you have to ask for chips andsopapias. But they dont tell you that either. Lots of room for improvement here. Read more
