Came in After 12AM and was served by a lady in the front, which i assume was one of the managers due to her attire. I get it,... they have to serve the food at a reasonable pace and give out their best customer service while doing it. I usually frequent here during the day quite often. Food is always fresh and hot even tho there is a wait because business is... good. But the wife and I had a late night craving and made a BIG MISTAKE going here! The night time crew is HORRIBLE!! GOT MYORDER WRONG ON SPEAKER AFTER I SAT FOR 1:30 UN HELPED THEN STILL PUT ONIONS ON MY BURGER(WHICH IM ALLERGIC) MY WIFE FOR THEFIRST TIME DIDN'T EAT HER NUGGETS SMH. So let?s start with the shift in the evening around 8pm on Wednesday, October 5th. They had two flirtatious people up front a... line of 5 of us waiting, while they kept saying ?idiotas? to one another. I asked can we place our order, they laughed. Themanager would look to the front but he only kept the drive thru moving. So many employees passed by us, we didn?t get ?i?ll bewith you?, ?sorry for the wait?, ?thank you for waiting?, NOTHING. The most untrained employees, no name tag, not wearing properuniform and a girl kept handing out food incorrectly, she kept apologizing by saying, ?oh my bad? really? Embarrassing. We allstood there like OMG. Because followed by her ?oh my bad? was a laugh! This McDonalds can really take some pointers from theMcDonlds just down the road, amazing service, CLEAN, FRIENDLY and ORGANIZED. The most disgusting part was that the two flirtypeople were eating fries and then handing out cups with their greasy prints all over the cup. That?s just unsanitary. Noorganization, lack of leadership, it?s a mess. For more than 10 minutes we stood there and NONE of these employees acknowledgedus. There was a dasher who had to cancel his order because they kept saying it?s coming up. 1/2 hour later he said he cancelledthe order, I don?t blame him. I get it, it?s fast food, there?s no excuse for not providing good customer service. I worked atMcDonald?s, so I?m not mocking people who do! Customer service goes a long way, even if we have to wait. I just won?t go tothis one McDonalds it?s a mess and I question it?s sanitary practices, it was literally like a circus! Read more
Line was wrapped around the building and these two are playing on the children games, was waiting for around an hour just to... make it up to order. I was in the customer service industry and I would?ve been fired for this behavior. It needs to be fixed.Going through the reviews this is a recurring problem as well. Very busy McDonald?s as there isn?t any other place on this exit worth eating. Food is always fresh and delicious. However they... have a hard time finding an online order on their app when you go pick it up. It?s a hit or miss with the service. Just left here after working 14 hour shift to get home and find this. Every time I come here it?s something. But this set the... bar right here. I don?t even know what tf this is!
