Food was good. Service not, young boy that did not know what he was doing at all. Atmosphere, the worst I've seen in a while.... Made an online order for my husband who was driving on his way to the restaurant so he could make it in time for breakfast. I... placed the order and gave him the codes and everything. He got there 3 minutes before they ended breakfast and they actuallychanged the screens before 10:30 in front of him and he went up to the cashier lady and gave her the order number and theyrefused to give him the meal because my phone was not present. We?ve done it before where I order for him and they give him thefood with the code and without my phone there. They were just not wanting to make another breakfast meal and being rude aboutit. We know they?re reheated frozen foods you have plenty you can heat one up for him since he got there before 10:30 anyway,but no they didn?t. And he left disappointed mcgriddleless. Read more
First time I've ever been to McDonald's in all my 31 years of life that all of my food was literally fresh! It was delicious. My... burger had to have just came off the grill (flat top or whatever they use). My daughter's chicken nuggets and fries were veryfresh too. This is not my first time but my last time that I recieve McDonald's worse because I got 50% off a pie. They even short you on... a large fry if you use online coupon smh or give you older fries ... This pie was hard and not edible. The pie fillinggummy..... This is a very busy McDonald's go here too often somehow they continue to do little things like mess with your foodif you use the app .... Went in on a Sunday morning and we couldn?t get in until 7am, as we were told my an employee. Anyway, if they just opened as we... got in, why is the restaurant so filthy and dirty inside? The tables were nasty and the floors were very wet. It?s a safetyhazard, as anyone can fall. This tells me that the night crew didn?t do anything.
