I've been trying to get in contact with someone for three days. I went to this location and ordered tacos and super burritos and... supreme nachos. Got my food but they were the regular burritos charged at super burritos and nachos prices. The nachos only camewith cheese and beans nothing else. Did not get my jalapenos, my lettuce, my sour cream. NOTHING!!!! I paid EXTRA for. I tookoff the olives but had this location told me they didn't have the food products for extra money. I would have got the regularorder that did not cost me an extra $2 per item. I have been trying to get ahold of someone and they are sending me straight tovoicemail. I need to either get my money back for the extra I paid or my meal satisfactory. It's not cheap to throw $40+ dollarson food. No one is responding and I'm becoming an unsatisfied customer. My daughter loves taco casa and we do what we can tomeet her wants. But my statements are not complaints just super super unsatisfied with what I paid for.. Read more
Came to this location because the other location in Beltline was closed after a football game. It was 2 cars ahead of me, so... ordering wasn't bad. The bad part was actually getting our food. It took 15 min to get to the window, & then another 17 beforewe got our 12 tacos. I have recorded video of all the employees playing around, cussing out loud, joking around & plain notworking! I didn't see any older person working & I really think that this is why service was SO BAD! I eat at Taco Casa all thetime, but this is 1 that I'll NEVER come back to, because of this experience. There's got to be a change in management, becausethis shouldn't be allowed. There were 7 cars behind me while the employees played around & didn't do much working. Read more
Great taco Tuesday deals. Food came out fast. My only thing is the young girl taking orders in front needs to show a little more... enthusiasm. But I was once her age so it will take some time. No harm no foul. Read more
Great as always. No complaints. Love the sweet tea and now I can buy there hot sauce by the bottle. It's more of a taco sauce... and not spicy but the flavor is great. Read more
We eat here every week while our kid brother has karate and it is always outstanding. Although the girl in the drivethrough is... not very friendly and acts like she doesn't enjoy her job all of the rest of the staff is very friendly and we enjoy them.Highly recommend. (But we are not big fans of the hotsauce the food is AMAZING!!! Read more

I had a craving for their Super Tostada. Service was great and the cashier was very nice. The food is consistent.
Food is good. Location, not so good. Built on small corner lot where the line in the drive through is always long and hard to... get in and out. Never can eat in, it's always locked only drive through. Even if the place is unlocked, watch out for thedrive-thru traffic leaving because it's a blind curve and you might get hit by a car speeding from the drive-thru if you'rebacking in and out of a parking spot.
