I went in for the chicken pot pie. It was delicious and hit the spot.

Food was good. I wish that they'd let us go thru the drive thru for an online order. I didn't really want to go inside.

Today I received horrible customer service at this location. The woman by the name of Michelle rudely rushed me while taking my... drive thru order. Once I got to the window to pay I asked if there was a fire in the kitchen the way she rushing me. AfterAfter I paid for it I was handed my order and the window was closed before I could ask for more bbq sauce so I sat there.Finally, another woman who said her name was Sarah came to the window with passion marks on her neck and said ?You got yourorder!? I explained I was wanting bbq sauce, but before she could give it to me I just told her to give me my money back. Theenergy was all off. Normally, the African American guy is there with the ?Welcome to my KFC! How can I take your order?? Buttoday I didn?t see anyone, but 3 Hispanic women and 2 of them were nasty and rude. Sarah acted as if she didn?t want to give thecorporate number nor her name that she wrote on a piece of paper for me. I just ended of leaving and going to the another on onmy route on Samuel and I30. I will be call corporate on this location. The one on I30 had a nice friendly staff, good customerservice, and a sign that read ?Let us cook 4 you!? Recently, the quality has really improved! The chicken and cole slaw are very good. Thank you KFC.
