The employees are too busy on their phones to ever do curbside. After waiting for them to bring it out I finally went inside and... got it myself from the take out area and they couldn't even be bothered to look up from their phones to acknowledge a customercame in, never said one word and are still on their phones as I'm typing this review. This by far has to be one of the worst stores Jimmy Johns has. I have ordered from other locations and they are always fast and... the sandwiches are always good. It takes the place about an hour and a half to delivery a sandwich, This is my third timeordering from this location. I work overnight in ICU, which it is literally maybe 8 mins from the store, The first time they satmy food outside the door, these last two times they delivered my food to the wrong hospital, despite me having my address on theorder where the hospital is at, as well as having my personal cell, and the hospital number which the call would go directly tome. After calling and speaking with Orlando the supervisor., he tells me that they close at 10 and that he can remake the orderand have it delivered back out to me, but his driver is out doing two orders and that it will take about another hour or so toget my sandwich. I placed my order at 8:30. I guess this location missed the freaky fast sandwich delivery slogan, I would notrecommend this location to anyone. Find another one. So thanks Jimmy johns now I have to sit in ICU taking care of patients for12 hours without any food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read more

IT'S OKAY. GO TO SUPPORT THE COMPANY. I love the Jimmy John's chain, but not this location. It's small, staff are normally rude,... and it takes longer than normal to get your meal. I do however like the sandwiches, they beat a Subway chain hands down. Theyuse better quality ingredients, and just have a more robust product. The problem with this location is that they don't live upto the brand. Example: Jimmy John's is known for the daily bread specials, but this place is always out of bread. Anotherexample, they are not community based as much as the chain touts. The Jimmy John's in North Dallas and Plano are huge communitypartners in schools, daycare centers, religious organizations, etc. If you live in Mesquite, your options are always limited. This is true in this case as well. As always, management (or lack of it) is the case here. Read more

This is my favorite Jimmy John's location. This visit I ordered the Tuna regular box. It came with a sandwich, cookie and... chips. The staff was sweet, patient and helpful. The menu changed a little and I couldn't find my favorite sandwich. Themanager stepped up and help me find the item. Read more

Jimmy John?s is one of my favorite places to get a sub sandwich. I was greeted and assisted by a young lady named Carmen. She... was kind and patient as I went back and forth on what I wanted on my order. It?s important to give the customers the attentionthat they need and she did just that. Shout out to the young lady (Carmen) and thank you for your service. I will come againand look forward to being served by you. Read more

I had a wonderful experience at this sandwich shop. The food was great for the price. The cashier named Carmen was very... professional and polite. She had the warmest smile. I will definitely be going back again. Read more

I bought two combinations but when I got home, my sandwich had 2 small pieces of roast beef on the whole sandwich. I could... barely taste the meat. The other sandwich was an Italian and looked great. My sandwich was practically meatless. At $10 percombo, I expect a filling, meaty sandwich. Very disappointed. Read more
