I'm usually very happy with Jason's Deli, but the sandwich was not up to par this time. I ordered 3 California Club sandwiches... and they didn't come with bacon or guacamole, and it barely had turkey on it. We ended up with lettuce and mayo sandwiches. Ihope this is only a one time ordeal and doesnt happen again. I enjoy Jason's because the service and food are usually great, butthis is making me question my return. Read more

We ate at the Mesquite location, the manager or whoever was in charge ( a lady) did a fantastic job , The restaurant was clean,... the service was great it was so enjoyable to watch the supervisor she was firm when she needed to be , praised when she neededto and was training a new employee all at the same time. I?ve never been so excited to do a review. Oh my goodness!!! If I could give ten stars I would. You all know this has to be good... just by the way it is starting off. So here we go: so I went to Jason Deli on town East boulevard to get a bowl of their beefstew since the weather is actually calling for it. I got in there and a young lady took my order. She had such a baby voice Icould barely make out what she was saying at times but we managed to get through the order. I ordered a new steak sandwich theyhave, The beef stew, and a cup of their spicy gumbo which was perfect. It?s not very spicy at all which was wonderful. Myhusband ordered a chicken baked potato with a strawberry shortcake and a kids meal for my grandson which was the turkey sliderswith a bag of chips and a drink. This location is very clean and they move very quickly but what really stood out was one of theworkers there, I had to ask for his name and was told his name is Frederick. He was amazing!!!!! He had us laughing, he providedexceptional customer service to all the guests. Everyone that walked through that door he put a smile on their face. There wasan elderly lady there. She ordered quite a bit such as myself, he graciously helped her out the door and made sure she got inher car safely. Don?t get me wrong the food was really good but I will definitely be back because of this young man and I?mbringing a group of other people with me. I visit a lot of restaurants every week especially on the weekends but this locationbecause of this young man has definitely gotten a piece of my heart. I had to tell him how wonderful his customer service is andhe was so humble. He said thank you and proceeded to tell me he loves to see people smile.
