Me and my brother went when it was dead around 2pm and we still didn't get enough coffee, she hardly came around to our table,... we waited almost 30 minutes before we ordered, the food was awesome, it's a great place to eat, just go when they're busy, ifyou go when they're dead you'll get an adverse effect, no coffee, no service. We drank two cups each. The bathroom sink onlygives out squirts of water at a time, sometimes doesn't even work. The paper towels come out real slow, sometimes not at all. Read more
I like the food but often times get incomplete order with missing sides that I pay for. When I tried to call and speak to the... manager that this keeps happening I was hung up on... I would like to suggest the cook read the order ticket completely andthey improve their customer service. There is a lot of choice where a person can eat. Me and my family enjoyed ourselves. The food was great and the waiter was pleasant.

I have been here many times and at least 50% of the time, my experiences have not been that good and mostly revolve around... unprofessional incidents. When I would come early in the morning before work, I would like to order ahead of time to pick upsome pancakes, and that would usually go well, until one day, the cook started putting a heart on my pancakes and it gave me aweird vibe, so I stopped ordering those. Usually if I was stopping by after work, I would get a salad. However, one time theymade my salad and when I showed up 10 mins late to pick it up, they had thrown it out cause "the lettuce had wilted", so theysaid they'd remake it and after waiting 20 mins, apparently they had forgotten to remake it, so I had to wait ANOTHER 20 minsfor them to actually remake it. I was late home because of this. Finally, I guess one of the employees recognized me from whenI came so often in the mornings to get my pancakes that the employee started approaching my car as they were pulling up fortheir shift one morning. My party of two waited 40 mins for food..basic pancake combos.. It arrived so cold the butter wasn't even melting. The... strawberries on the pancakes were literally FROZEN. The coffee was cold. Our waiter wasn't on the job like he should be We aresurround by numerous dirty tables.That wait staff walks by multiple times. Loud, waited for food for over 44 min. And the server only brought 1/2 out. And said our pancakes would be out soon. Go to... waffle house for same breakfast with way better service and turn around even for Saturday. Read more
