after waiting in the drive thru they told me to park on the side and wait for my order. After 20min waiting outside I went... inside and they still didn't have my order ready. When it was ready it was completely wrong. Got home and realized how wrong itwas. Hands down the worst location. I would rather drive 20 minutes to another location instead of here. Its like they play a game of... get your order wrong. After clearly explaining what is wanted in the order they always mess at least one thing up be it side, toan extra sauce, even the soda that tastes like water. I ordered a 3 piece and they only put in 2 pieces. The manager on duty made it completely right. I told him he didn't have to,... but he made it completely right. Made that portion of my order completely over. I wish I had of got his name, but he definitelyunderstands how customer service works. Give that man a raise and a promotion. He deserves it. Read more
Very disappointed in this location. Not having transportation at the time I had to rely on DoorDash. They have gotten my order... wrong on 3 different occasions. This last time, March 13th, I ordered fish they confirmed my order once the dasher got therethey claimed someone else picked up my order which was not true. Re ordered they confirmed again they dasher got there and theyclaim they didn?t have fish to pick another item. I?ve noticed a pattern if you order fish late enough they claim to be out sothey won?t have to drop fresh fish. Several times they leave out all condiments.
