My daughters visited here with coupons. The wait staff was so rude to them, gave them cold food, and upcharged them to the point... that they still wound up paying full price. My husband and I ate breakfast here today and asked for our favorite server (Sherry). Sherry always goes ABOVE and BEYOND with... her service. She is very friendly and never makes you feel like you are bothering her. She checks every order to ensure thatit is correct and properly prepared. The coffee and the food is also good here. Decent food. Bourbon was the best things out of what we ordered. Very quiet. No music. Weird service. Awkward.
There was 2 people working. But they did a damn good job. Alejandra H. who was the hostess, even went and helped the cook. The... cook John B. did the best he could with orders. We go here mostly for breakfast. We have tried lunch and dinner and have found them to be passable but not exceptional. The... price is below average for sit down meals. So it?s a great value. But, the breakfasts are very good. Definitely above averagefor the price. The selection is wide. The food is good. The service is good to great depending on your server that day. Myhusband loves the crapes. I?m more of a breakfast sandwich person. Moon over my Hammy with Chalula and hash browns are hard tobeat if you like breakfast sandwiches. It?s rarely over-crowded. You know, I literally grew up with this chain. I have so many fond memories eating out with my Mom and Dad on the weekends. I... can remember as far back as seven or eight years old. And over the years, the restaurant has went through a lot of changes. Theugly period was in the 80's through 90's, when Denny's went through a societal change. They where blatantly racist againstminority patrons. It got so bad that it took numerous lawsuits and management changes to rectify the issue. Nowadays, the chainhas gotten much better at diversity, customer service, and management. The food has always been the staple of Denny's. At thislocation, they are quite friendly and the food follows suit. The only issue is keeping the place clean, even with high foottraffic. Read more
