I am very pleased to say this has been the best location I have been too thus far. The past several months I have been to many... of the the greater Dallas area Cicis and have done a couple reviews not very appealing ones may I just add. The restaurant waswell kept while being very busy. The food area was clean and food presentation was very nice and food was good. I wanted tospeak to the manager but had to leave. Although I didn't get to speak with her she deserves to be recognized for her abilitiesas a manager and leader. She did not just order things to be done she was cleaning and preparing food. The crew was nice andwelcomed all who arrived and fair well to all on their way out. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a pleasant,clean environment for families to come and eat. I would not recommend this place the only professional person was the person that just started working that took my order online... once I came in to pick up my pizza I started looking at the kitchen cook I think she said her name was Claudia preparing thepizzas up I seen her prepare five pizza without washing her hands no sanitizer or having on gloves when she realized that I waswatching her she sent the new girl to come out and ask me did I need some help and I guess the new girl forgot that I hadalready ordered and I was just waiting for my food and I told her yes I'm just waiting for my food and that's when she went backin and told her I was waiting for my food and then they immediately got my pizza together to send out of the window notrecommended at all because if you don't want anybody watching you prepare food that are for customers are going to eat thenthat's sad no gloves no sanitizer have also included how dirty the pizza box was and the pizza Read more
As many times as I have ordered a pan of cinnamon rolls I decided this particular time to have my order delivered to me via Uber... because it's just too cold to get out. However, when I opened my cinnamon rolls I get this!! NO ICING, THEYRE ALL PULLED APART,DRY, AND HARD!! NEVER AGAIN!!! AND I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT THIS AINT COOL AT ALL. Read more
This is a nice place to go for a quick bite to eat for a cheap price! An adult buffet is $8.75 with a soda. You can also earn a... free buffet with the Cicis app. My favorite pizza is the buffalo chicken pizza. The other pizzas are pretty tasty, aswell. The only thing about this restaurant that I miss is they took away the option to order a personal pizza (at no extracharge). I also wish they had more options on the salad bar, including real bacon bits instead of Bacos. If you decide tovisit, please remember to keep prices low, be sure to put on your plate only as much as you can eat. Also, please be kind to theemployees and bus your own tables. I would recommend visiting this place in the morning, as the evenings are horrible. This is honestly my first bad review ever... and I am very dissappointed. This place is in desperate need of some management in the evenings. The place was trashed. It wassomewhat busy, but whenever the staff members had a chance they were talking or just didn't seem to have a good work ethic ordirection. One guy literally walked around the dining area with a mop for about 15 minutes and cleaned 1 table. The food areawas trashed. The soda machine area trashed. More than half the tables were occupied and the other half were full of trash. Thepasta was not cooked all the way and they could not keep the food on the line stocked. Their choice for a television program wasalso a movie with sensuality and not so kid friendly. I don't know what to say, if they can't teach their staff how to keep up arestaurant they will lose customers period. There were paying clients looking around for a place to sit and could not find. Salads, soup, different kinds of Italian pizza and desserts all u can eat at the best value....It's definitely a perfect meal... for me. The New York Cheesecake brownie is too sweet but I love the cinnamon rolls oh so yummy! Read more
