If I could leave a negative 0 stars I would. Clearly 10:45PM I pulled up to the drive thru no one answered after waiting for 5... minutes? Pulled around to the window; no one there. Saw someone?s reflection in the window in the dining area as I was pullingoff but as I came to pass it I could see that the worker ran and hid? what do they hire here? 5 year olds? NOT 24 HRS.. CLOSE AT 11PM.. SOMETIMES EARLIER IF THEY FEEL LIKE IT due to "employment shortage" ...Some employees are ... unknowledgeable on certain things..so no reason to ask any further questions.... DON'T even think of doing a mobile order after9p..bc by 10p ..im positive it wont get done...this is the closest restaurant near me..unsatisfactory service...I hate it..but Ihope they get it together soon. The lady who took our order was very friendly however extremely unprofessional and had to take my order THREE TIMES and it still... wasn't correct. Every time the drive thru window opened it smelled horrible like sewage. Hours say 24/7 but I've gone severaltimes around 10 and the place is closed. I sat my bag of food between my husband and I and not 1, not 2, but THREE roachescrawled out of the bag!! I wasn't given a receipt but my order was nearly 40$! Nobody answered when I called to report roachesand the horrific smell coming from building. And no the roaches 100% didn't come from my car or home. We have never seen aroach in our house in the 6 years we've lived here. We definitely won't ever give them another chance but hopefully for healthsake they shape up. I would like to reiterate that the workers I interacted with were extremely pleasant but our experience wasa negative 5 star. Read more

I brought my daughter here so she can play after eating. I am totally disappointed with their security precautions in the play... area. The way the playground is set up does not give parents a clear visual of the kids as they play and parents sit. There areno security cameras in the play area. None. As if that isnt scary enough, they playground has an unsecured door that leadsoutside to the parking lot facing the highway. No security bar in place to sound in case it is opened. With all the humantrafiking going on Burger King is definitely slacking on security! Childrens safety SHOULD be the top priority. Step it up orlose customers. Read more
I had to eat. I had not eaten anything all day. So I stopped by Burger King at Oates and 635 around 3pm November 21. Now I'm... gonna give them points because of the construction in the area, it's hard to get to due to traffic, but it was a ghost town.It's hard to get to which isn't there fault. So why make fresh food when nobody's gonna come by anyways. So I'm gonna contributethe bad food to bad access to the business, but it's Burger King! A conglomerate should put customer service first regardless!But as for the business, the burger and fries were barely Lukewarm, but the drive thru lady probably should transfer or findanother job, because she's to good at customer service to be stuck in thay corner.
