I did not visit this pretzel location. I was merely walking by and stopped to gaze upon the pretzely goodness. I'm not going to... leave a bad review even though I didn't eat there, but by George they smelled so good I bet they taste as good as they smell andlet me tell you, boy. This place used to be great! Now its regrettable.. And pathetic. The girl at the counter looked like she would be kind.. She was... kinda rude! I asked if she would re butter and salt my pretzel bites that felt like they had been sitting in the window 20 mins.And she replied they were just made. Since she didn't want to freshen them up' and there was a line behind me I politely toldher ill wait for fresh ones since I'M ALREADY WAITING 12 MIN for my pretzel dog bites.. She rolled her eyes. I had alreadyexplained that I was gonna pick up some items and be right back to pick up the food.. She was lazy and rude. I called because a cashier messed up the chip on my debit card because i guess they dont know how to put it in the chip reader... without scratching it up..? And the manager went completely silent on the phone. Keep up the great work... really... Read more
They are really good but just a heads up they stop making anything an hour before close. They close at 8 pm. So, from 7 pm you... only buy what's available. Which is stuff that's been sitting there for however long they haven't been sold. It can be reallyfrustrating but if you can catch them during the middle of the day, the pretzels are really good.
