This place is known for its root beer and they were out of root beer. So I drove here for a float and that wasn?t happening.... This place sucks. But the workers were nice and courteous. Read more
I am In horror at my experience with A&W Restaurant in Mesquite,TX. I can barely type this review as I am now incredibly sick... from the food. I ordered an A1 combo to-go (Plus two entrées) inside the restaurant. The floor felt like suction cups, tableswere dirty, fries on the ground, the bathroom smelled like no one had touched it in weeks. The wait for the food was 30 minutes.It seemed liked the main focus was drive-thru, instead of the customers in front of them. Another red flag was none of theworkers had gloves. Not one. Not. One. All of the workers were touching the door that led into the kitchen, walking past theemployee sink. The sink was dry as a bone, with the soap dispenser at full capacity. The signs that i failed to pick up on inthe restaurant are now clear, now that I?ve had the chance to throw up. After standing at the counter for a while, a workerfinally told me, ?We?re just waiting on fries?. 30 minutes for fries? I am very ill and want my money back. Read more
I never had A&W?s before so I wanted to try it. When I drove up I noticed it was paired with a Long John Silvers. I was... skepitcal that my fries were gonna taste like the one flavor everything at LGS despite me ordering from the A&W menu. I waspleasantly surprised.
